Staff were friendly and chips/pie I had was nice kids enjoyed their chicken burger/chips

Cod absolutely to die for. Unfortunately chips could have been a bit better.

Very friendly staff with quick service. We got 2 portions of fish and chips. Fish - decent size, well battered, and fish was nice and flakey. Chips - chuck and well cooked. Overall, excellent. No place to sit, but a short stroll down the beach, where you will find plenty of seating.

Very poor. Chips must of been warmed up from the day before tasted dry and like cardboard. Fish nothing special not for the price. Luke warm!

Ordered cod chips and mushy peas, £7.80.Couldn’t believe in 2022 they have a minimum debit card spend of £10, walked out without a meal, HMRC might be interested in this dubious practice, might give them a bell.

No idea how this place has so many good reviews. Any self respecting fryer cooks the fish to order. Not these guys. The fish was slimy and the batter soggy. The chips were dry due to sitting out too long. Half way through I found a piece of dark brown matter in my fish

Friendly fish and chips with plenty of vegetarian options. Prices were competitive despite being a spit away from the seashore. Excellent Covid compatible service system! Would recommend.

1 of the Best Fish & chips I've tried !!!Under £6 gets you a good portion of fish & chips in a box .Cooked well and so tasty !!!I don't know what to sat apart from , TRY IT !!!near the harbour easy so find .Pub almost opposite so get a cool beer and enjoy !!!!

When you go to the sea side you are drawn to fish and chips. As you come into Barmouth its the first chip shop in the right. The do a really nice Cod and Chips. Menu has all tje things you like and prices are reasonable. Didn't ask about allergies such as gluten. I was happy to watch the sea and eat my chips. Batter was perfect. Friendly service too
