Burger King on-site at Haven is Excellent, service was quick despite being mad busy all custom bits of food were correct (normally have issues at places) and food was piping hot and chips crispy :P

Very slow I know they serve loads of people on holiday but the amount of times I went back because order was wrong and item missing as staff forgot to key it in the till not great. But when you do get the food it's amazing just need to tidy up few loose ends in those points and improve service and it would be fab.

Great food at the usual Burger King High standard. We had delivery. So easy to book a delivery slot on the Haven Serve app and delivery was exactly on time and food warm.

We had stayed on hafan y mor many times but rarely ever have a take away. So after a busy day we thought we would treat ourselves and order for delivery. The delivery was 30 mins early which suprised us but the order completely wrong. I therefore after trying to phone without success had to go with the wrong food to burger king it's self which defeated the idea of delivery. I did get a apology and the right food however by the time I walked back to our caravan the food was cold and horrible . Very disappointed and sadly won't be ordering again

Expect a wait for food, but at least you know it's been cooked fresh (cook to order), the burgers are not the best presented as other reviews show, and to be honest you do have better tasting burger kings at service stations.But it's a burger king, that's operated by haven. So unfortunately no app discounts etc, meaning a higher priced menu compared to service stations.

Great quality food, not too bad prices either as burger king can sometimes be expensive,(Great alternative to Papa John's opposite if you're on a budget)

Do NOT go this unless you are a holiday park visitor/customers.The security guard will not allow access for non park customers, even if we just wanna get Burger King pick up.

This is one of the best burger kings, the food is consistent. I ordered food for 3 people which was just right, even had some leftovers. Forgot ketchup so went back to the counter normally at other takeaways you get 1 or 2 but my lad eats ketchup like there's no tomorrow and I received plenty for him we were both very happy. It's the little things that matter thank you.

Close earlier than advertised, basicly when they can be arsed working till. Left a family with 4 kids with no food because the wanted to close 15 mins early and wouldn't let us in even though it was before closing. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE!

Absolutely amazing wasn't expecting much of a burger King but the staff seem to really enjoy it there also a very big thank you to Dafydd and Andy on front counter they helped a lot especially with choosing what to eat very helpful definitely will be returning 😊😊
