McDonald's in Gwynedd

Good as per all mcdonals generally good . Just absolutely sick of mcdonals all of them forgetting about customers snd just concentrate on the delivery drivers orders... its like you don't exist!? Society!?

The person who served us had no manners whatsoever. Was told 2 weeks ago that we would be having 2 free meals as I had been there a few times and each time they had forgotten something. I phoned up as they had forgotten my drink and the man I spoke to said they would give me a free meal due to all the problems. Not even 15 minutes later I had to phone again as my daughter found a hair in her kids meal cheese burger. It was stuck in the burger (have pictures). Spoke to a different person a woman and I explained she was lovely apologised and said that she would put my name down for another free meal to go with the 1 I was told I was entitled to 15 minutes prior. Got there today told them that my name was in the book for 2 meals and was told that I was only entitled to 1. They had only put my name down for 1. Absolutely disgusting the way I was treated and spending so much for a treat for a big family. Lack of communication between staff or they did not want to give me the 2 meals. I will definitely be going to another mcdonald's that don't mess up my order every time. Even got kids meals for the kids got home and no burgers in the box only the fries and toy. Definitely don't expect so many mistakes and lack of manners by staff.

It's McDonald's, it's nothing special or amazing. Not a whole lot of parking and it's a pain to get in and out as its off a main road.

Should be one star , but can't change it, drive threw , ordered , got my drinks and bag and drove away until I noticed pack of chips that was it costed 7-40 not happy

My favourite fast food take away. Lovely food every time. Fast friendly service. And fast delivery service. Must have.x

Waited 20 minutes at the counter to order and pay for my drink (I was only ordering a double espresso) and not a single staff asked if I had been served. Left empty handed. Dreadful customer service and not fast in the slightest

Got there today went into drive through, no fizzy drinks, no milkshakes, no mcflurries. Seriously no fizzy drinks??.. I told the manager why didn't he put a sign out before ppl commit to the drive through he shrugged his shoulder and said "did I really expect him to put a sign out or something" ? Yes, I would like to know you have no drinks before I commit to the drive through. Arrogant little man then told me I was being rude because I drove off cutting him mid sentence... Better that than the alternative!

Great customer service. We were late for breakfast, when I called to ask if they could possibly put some away for us she very kindly done just that 😊 Very happy customers.

Flipping awful, food was cold and incorrect.Staff was nice enough but it was just chaos nobody knew what they was doing. I stated no fresh onions and I still got fresh onions they even put a sticker on 🤦🏼‍♀️I don't know why we bother eating here.

Sorry we have no ketchup.Seriously you have no ketchup?No we have no ketchup, would you like barbecue or sweet and sour?I don't think so its 9 o'clock in the morning and I'm not sure that would work with hash browns!!Staff are pleasant and the place is clean, but there always seems to be a shortage of something. Ketchup though!
