Morrisons Supermarket Cafe in Gwynedd

Visited here on a midweek morning, looking forward to a good breakfast whilst travelling. Sadly it was not to be as the place is tiny! The few tables they had all had one or more people at them, so I had to leave. Sad really. Therefore NO stars.

We called in here on Tuesday to see if they were doing the Christmas lunches, the lady on till was very helpful and yes, they would be doing them between 12 and 4pm, so we went back about 1pm, when the two lunches were brought to our table I was amazed at the quality and size of them, really good quality meals with all the trimmings nicely presented by a lovely cheerful lady, so top marks to Morrison's Caernarfon for their staff and super Christmas lunches.

I don't know why I am repeatedly asked to review this place. Simply put, I have to pass by the door to enter the supermarket. End of.Six years ago this place was great and was deservedly voted second best and then best breakfast in Caernarfon, somewhat ironic as the establishment they outed from the top spot had started buying their supplies from Morrisons!!!The "menu" is now no more than a work of modern fiction plus, on any given afternoon, you won't even find a sandwich to buy but whatever you do, don't go get a sandwich from the store as you will be pilloried long and loud by the staff. "Please only consume items bought in the Cafe in this area."Steadily standards and quality have declined to the point that I wouldn't use it if I was paid to.Sad but true.And that is why I keep walking past as I enter the store. Hopefully this will be the last time I am asked to review it.

Ordered two small breakfasts which arrived cold the table opposite also sent their meal back I will not go back

I have never seen or recieved such appalling service in all my life. We called in for a breakfast, half the teapots had no teabags in them, had to swap a dirty cup for a clean one. We watched a table of four people having to complain twice after only receiving three of their four meals. An elderly couple asked for a table to be wiped before they used it, it was sprayed with cleaner before the lady got distracted and walked off leaving it unwiped and the spray bottle ln the middle of the table . When our breakfast arrived we were told they had run out of plates so brought ours was crammed on to side plates, my egg was hanging over the side so was then half draped on the unwiped table! I returned it and asked for a fresh breakfast which was brought and literally slapped down on the table in front of me. We also witnessed the wrong food being taken to the wrong tables, including ours. Absolutely no respect for distancing or cleanliness. I would definitely NOT reccomend this place to anyone.

So unorganised it was unbelievable. Long queues, long wait for food. One customer complained to store manager and they received a free breakfast. Was asked to complete track & trace but they never followed it up. Very mess, spilt drinks near coffee machine, cutlery being brought back for some reason. Avoid

Absolutely brilliant, great food great prices and you couldn't find better friendly and efficient staff, a warm welcome from them all the time, highly recommended 5 stars xx

Went in the summer and wasn't impressed, tried again today and very disappointed.. Dirty staff wearing dirty uniforms, food all over the food prep area, dirty tables and it wasn't even busy! Lots on the menu they had run out of, I wanted soup, but they'd run out! Not good for a supermarket cafe! Won't be returning....

The staff were really friendly and food was served really quickly. The big daddy breakfast is super value at just £6 for all the food you get. The seating area is a bit small so if busy you may struggle for a table. Clean and has toliets just next to the cafe entrance. Food is great value for the money.
