They wouldn't accommodate a member of our group with Coeliac despite advertising gluten free. When asked about using a different tub and scoop, became very rude and said "why would we do that for you"

After visiting the castle and wanting “something to eat”, we went here for ice cream and wasn’t disappointed. Would recommend.

Ice cream from heaven!!! We decided to try out the place since there was always a long line in front of it. Well, we weren't disappointed. They have freshly prepared ice cream in number of flavors. We ordered pistachio and butter nut coffee in a chocolate waffle cone. Yummy!!! The ice cream wasn't sweet at all and it was full of flavor and freshness. Their sizes were huge as well. Will definitely try again when we visit wales again.

Very good icecream, creamy and nice taste.The staff is very polite and friendly.I wish there was more choice of flavors. For example 2 basic flavors of ice-cream that were missing are hazelnut and coffee.Overall, apart from that, this place is highly recommended.

Amazing ice cream made right there in store. Very friendly and hospitable ladies. The ice creams were on point with loads of flavor and not too milky... definitely coming back for a double scoop..

Best cuppa tea and Welsh cake I've had in 2020. Lovely strong brew, made as God intended in a teapot served in China. Very reasonable prices too..

So many flavours!! I had ice cream served in a chocolate dipped come. Generous portions ,tasted delicious and great value for money. Well worth a visit.

Whilst passing on our way to visit another ice cream shop, we chose to eat here due to the large crowd outside (we saw this as a good sign).Upon entry, I was surprised by the lack of choice, and had hoped for some unique non-fruit based flavours, due to the ice creams being homemade (eg. salted caramel, peanut butter etc). I ended up choosing a scoop of toffee and a scoop of chocolate - chocolate being a flavour I never usually choose due to knowing what it tastes like - but I felt like there was no other suitable options.The price of the ice cream was incredibly competitive, and tasted great. Customer service was good, as can be expected.I give this venue a four out of five, but had there been more choice they'd definitely get a five. I would definitely revisit.
