I had a chicken shish kebab and it was very dried out and very tasteless! I will not ever be returning!

Really friendly staff and delicious food, great portions and fair prices. Would be an extra 2 stars but five times recently I have phoned up and they have had no lamb shish, we are in wales, there is no lamb shortage what's going on? It's 6.30 on a tuesday, not exactly peak time so no way have they sold out.

Brilliant range of pizzas, kebabs, burgers and more. Big portions and excellent value for money. Cash only no cards accepted.

Their kebabs are excellent. I've had the donner, shish & kofte. My kids love the burgers. Very generous portions and friendly guys.

ECOLIAugust 19TH at 2230I purchased a tray of donner meat with mayonnaise.It didn't taste right. Think the mayo was off or the meat.But because I'd only eaten a bowl of porridge and some beans on toast that day I wolfed it down.I felt a bit of tummy ache that night and by morning I was being sick and on the toilet with Diarrhea. I had never felt this kind of illness beforehand ever.So I know that the food from this shop was more than likely to blame.I was ill for a total of 3 weeks and lost over 2 stone in weight before I had to be admitted to accident and emergency after dialing 999 for an ambulance.This is my 3rd week in hospital with ECOLI.If I had not been on furlough I would be in serious debt.I am going to be seeking legal advice on this matter as soon as I leave hospital.Also I am going to be reporting you to the food standards agency to have them check your cleanliness.

Have gone there regularly since it opened. Staff are lovely. They sometimes get the order wrong but welsh and English are their second and third language and I really appreciate the fact that they are always very friendly, jovial and communicative. Plus the place is spotless which is a must when eating out

It is nice when they get it right. We are local and had food from there a few times. 50% of the time orders are mixed up, ingredients added though asked not to, missing salad, wrong sauces, chillies on kids pizzas, missing items, food undercooked...they do offer to replace it thought...

Worst chicken kebab experience! This is what I got as a wrap kebab. No sauce. No salad. Don't order this from here.
