Great food on Sunday.

A friendly pub with good atmosphere. Food was good too. Rooms are basic, kitchen is basic. 2 stars is because we offered to pay when we popped into book the room at lunchtime, told don’t worry pay later. So later we return, drop bags, go to bar for food. Offer to pay again, told “I’ll have to check with manager as that needs to be cash” hear nothing. Try again to pay before bed. No joy. So as up early for climbing 🧗‍♀️ decided that we would leave cash 💵 on bar. No need because unbelievably at 01:00 we get a persistent knock on the bedroom door 🚪…… To flipping well pay! Could of knocked a lot lot earlier🤬

Stop here for two nights in one of the four bed rooms , great base for all the attractions. The staff are brilliant really friendly, the food is excellent a real good honest pub . Definitely go back for another stay .

Popped in for a quick pint walking back from Llanberis lovely clean local with welcoming landlord and landlady. Definitely be calling in for a few next time we're at the caravan.

Friendly local pub with good beer and food. Service is always welcoming and the meals are basic pub food like chilli, spaghetti Bolognese, burgers etc but all are tasty and reasonable value. We ate there twice and didn't wait longer than 20 minutes. Tried the pizza, gammon and chips, Bolognese, chicken bites and chilli. All were good. Dogs are welcome and there's somewhere to sit outside, plus a pool table.

Great pub food, lovely people. 10/10 would recommend, would love to go back again.

A warm welcome was made to us in these difficult times. We had an excellent value evening meal here with our our 2 dogs, many thanks to the landlady and locals who made us feel at home.

Great pub, with a fantastic and lively atmosphere. We played here recently at an 80s night and had a lot of fun.
