Pendre Garden Centre and Cafe in Gwynedd

We have just had lunch here the food was very good and staff were amazing. We sheltered from the storm in their shed, the gentleman gave us water for our dog any kept checking up on us. He really went out of his way to help us

We popped in for a bite to eat with the dog and got caught in a storm of biblical proportions whilst we were out back enjoying some munch. This was a storm that had a face of pure evil, it clearly wanted to consume all in its path, our dinner and dog included. The staff however were clearly trained to handle such an event. Showing no fear and staring that storm down they headed out to rescue us from under a pink parasol and whisked us away to the safety of their shed. These heroes quickly donned an umbrella hat as a sign of defiance towards the enraged god and proceed to be the heros we so clearly needed, they threw caution to the wind and waded over with water for the dog who at this point was not very happy with the deafening roars of thunder that had erupted from the heavens above us as was hiding under a table. Did this umbrella hat wearing hero stop there though? No. Because heros don't quit. Risking life, limb, and dry clothing this man, this kind hearted becon of hope that shone through darkness like angel on earth took the elements once again to bring us lollies. Nothing, and I mean nothing was too much trouble for these element defying staff. I know my life, my friends life, and my friends dog was safe in their hands.... I would trust them to deliver a baby during a volcanic eruption. And do you know what? Their paninni was pretty damn tasty too!!!

Fab garden centre. Very friendly people, great with the kids. Can never do enough for you. Great food, when we have ate in or taken away. They have thought of everything to keep going and lift peoples spirits during lockdown. Always have a laugh in there, they have a brilliant sense of humour. Such a great little garden centre. Tywyn needs more people like these guys

Lovely garden centre, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The plants are well tended, we've always had success with them once planted into our garden.

I have visited this cafe garden centre numerous times with family and friends it has always been good foid etc.No more,went today with my wife with the intention of having lunch and buying plants.As I am disabled snd was desperate for the toilet I asked to use the toilet as I have before andRecieved rudeness ftom member of staff and told no toilet not for public use.If you are a cafe don't you have to provide washing and toilet facilities by law.This is no way to treat members of tge public.

We called in today for a couple of takeaway bacon rolls.What a great place,lovely service and good quality bacon.The staff were very helpful and friendly, will tell our friends 👍

Stopped off on our way home after a lovely holiday. Beautiful family run garden centre and cafe rosa. Breakfasts were amazing. Fresh, hot and tasty. Cooked lovely. My son enjoyed his brunch burger! Will definitely come again. Very Covid safe too.
