Food was good as was the customer service. The girls behind the counter were very helpful, they even made my son an espresso cup of tea which is off menu. However we had to share a table as they were unwilling to open the other dining room, even though they had a full café of customers -very odd. Also table wasn't cleaned, even after we sat down

We checked the review and decided to go this place but prices are a rip off. We ordered lamb burger and breakfast meals and hot drinks. chips were cold by the time we were served, drinks were plain bland. i asked for latte and received frothy drink. They didn't bother to give sugar. Five Guys burger is cheaper than pete's burger. there were 3 waitresses but looked overwhelmed by less then 14 people in the cafe. The outside table was dirty. I wouldn't be going back there.

Service was a bit slow and I had to clean the table myself. The food was delicious though. I had the spinach and cheese pie with chips which was very filling. My friend had a slice of chocolate cake that would have done two people easily. The mugs of tea were massive which we were very pleased with. Lovely book exchange section too which was an extra bonus. I'd definitely recommend this place to eat.

A group of 6 of us came for breakfast yesterday after a sunrise summit walk, luckily we found a table as it was quite limited unless you sit outside. I had the large vegetarian breakfast which was tasty especially the veggie sausage. Also had the large latte which was indeed a large mug! Wasn't as strong as I hoped but given the volume, I can forgive. No complaints from the rest of my friends who had a mixture of meat and vegan breakfast. It was a tad bit pricey £9 for the large plate but the food was nice enough. 2 female staff working was very friendly and accommodating they helped my friend providing ice cubes and towel for her sore knees. Overall a nice vibe cafe.

Absolute rip off! We were recommended to come here as it's a 'popular' place for walkers to stop by. Luckily we already had fresh food just down the road as their food menu wasn't appealing: frozen fish fingers, chips and peas at £9?! We came here for drinks as it's a cafe so we assumed the drinks must be better. Wrong! Snowdon Craft Lager at £4.70 and a large Hot Chocolate at £4. My OH was astonished to pay that price for a bottled lager and I was shocked with the hot drink. The hot chocolate was the worst I've ever had. It took ages, no thick layer of froth, latte art on top or cocoa powder for that price and it was bland - literally it felt like I was drinking hot brown coloured water. I may as well drank their tap water which was for free.Music was very loud too. We could barely hear each other.Popular or not, this place we'll avoid.

Food was really nice and tasty, even though it wasn't holidays and the weather was bad this place was open and extremely busy!I remember this place being good from 14+ years ago. Not visited since but it was extremely tasty and fresh. We would recommend this place massively if you're looking for food locally. We were also travelling with a fussy child. Plenty on the menu for her to eat!

Best places to eat in llanberis, breakfast is ideal and exactly what’s needed before a day out in the hills. Coffee served in HUGE mugs. The owner is great - had a fab chat with him about the hills. He even came out to see if we’re alright when the place was packed out and got us coffees. Been here a number of times over the years and always great quality. Great staff too who taught us some Welsh! Diolch!

This place is great! A proper charming little egg n chips joint that is well known amongst climbers and hikers. Big mugs of tea, big portions of well cooked chips and comfy seats. I cannot think of a better place to go after a windy day in the mountains.

Been going here for years after a hike in the local area, was one of my best places to eat and recommend to friends however after going this weekend I will not be returning again. I understand prices have to increase however the prices here are taking the mick!! Large cappuccino £4.20 and a hot choc £5.50! Used to be fabulous food at a reasonable price so really disappointed by the high price increase. Shame as won't be returning after years of going there.

A lovely spot to have breakfast before climbing a mountain. It's just a short drive from the bottom of Snowdon so a very good place to fill up before going. The large breakfast is a great size and is all cooked perfectly. The service times were very good with 2 large breakfasts, sausage & egg roll as well as drinks being delivered very quickly. When I find myself up there again I will be visiting!
