Poachers Restaurant in Gwynedd

Booked here after seeing the reviews and being in the area, nice atmosphere with great food.

Myself, husband and sister, visited Poachers Restaurant on Wednesday, 8th June (been coming here many years) and again thoroughly enjoyed our food, which was beautifully presented I might add. Would highly recommend.

Having stayed in Wales for 7 days and ate a several recommended places, I would rate this place as my number 1! Great value for money (I honestly couldn't believe how cheap it was for the amazing service we received)food presentation was spot on and was met by very friendly staff. All round great experience, just make sure you book in advance.

Wow .. where do I start .. the staff were amazing ....menu to suit all types of diet ....huge portions and the flavours were amazing in every dish we had ....highly recommended .. its a must if you're in the area and you won't be disappointed ....well done poachers !!!

Wonderful restaurant. Well presented, flavoursome dishes with generous portions. Very friendly service. My absolute favourite is the spinach and mushroom pancake. It's so decadent that I have dreams about it!

It's a real treat to eat out at such a fantastic little restaurant. The service was excellent and the food second to none. Great selection of starters with some unique choices. Main courses cooked to perfection with good size portions and a vegetable selection that took the meal to another level. Then to top it all fantastic desserts that left us all feeling as though we had a meal and a half. Couldn't be faulted and highly recommended.

Always visit this restaurant twice when we are in the area, but you need to book. As always superb food and service. The second visit was my wife's birthday and it was duly noted when I booked. However, no Happy Birthday greeting on arrival which was all I was expecting - just to add to the evening! That said, we will return!

Outstanding Sunday roast takeaway. Delicious, beautifully cooked, piping hot and bang on time. What more could you ask?
