Amazing chippy, first time today. A proper chippy, a very happy northerner

Lovely crispy chips, generous piece of cod, travelled the 5 miles back to where we are staying with no loss of crispness. The price was very reasonable too. They went down a storm after our walk along the coastal path and beaches today 10/10.

Good fish and chips, nice staff no problem. Big queue at 5.30pm. All local people.

Terrible chippy, I took my chips back they were grey and tasteless.... i received another portion which I threw away.. Battered Cod was OK, fish cake was an undercooked frozen tasteless thing and mushy peas were grimFor better chips in the area try arvonia in Pwllheli or Aberdaron. But avoid Sglods Gwens....

We live in Whaley bridge Derbyshire......well worth travelling all that way......fortunately we have a caravan nearby !!! Best fish n chips ever

The food was nice, your average commercial freezer burger and bun perfectly edible. The fish was ok the chips good too. My only complaint was there was no flavour from vinegar.Nice ladies good service 👍

Love this place! Each year on holiday we look forward to calling in and each time we've not been disappointed. Lovely staff and very tasty food. We always drive around the corner to the National Trust car park and sit eating our fish and chips with a sea view, which is just stunning- what more could you possibly want? 😋

Staff happy to make gluten free fish and chips. Separate fryer used. Both GF and non GF fish and chips were delicious. Highly recommended.

Excellent chipshop. Nice staff. It would be lovely if they had a few vegan options, or swapped out the vegetarian burger and sausage for vegan ones.

Nice chips, fish alright- personally did not find it to my taste-. Had to wait about 5 minutes, staff polite .
