Who ever posted the service and staff rude is true dont go with name of indian resturant. I had a very terrible experience in this resturant. I never write bad review and bad comment on resturant but this resturant owner seriously needs to address the staff behavior especially the person who took order from me ( tall and beard walla)Poor manners by the resturant person I think they need to learn hospitality; the attitude of the person who took order behave differently. I am not sure about how they treat differently based on orders. We didn't order drink as we need to drive . We didn't eat lunch so we want to have a 1 plate biryani . He behaved bit strange and I have requested for another table ( around 6 clock barely 2 -3 table only filled ) even my ordered is not served that time . My request is the place which we sat Is near to washing room I wanna to have a dine In any another vacant table. But his reply is like the resturant is fullyfilled and I m making him to give me another table. We visited restaurant as it is named as indian restaurant . No person this much rude to a customer . If anyone planning to try pls reconsider . The food is less cost quality for the cost .

Food was exceptional. But I found the waiter was walking up and down like a jailer, and made us feel uncomfortable. Also I found the owner was rather abrupt by almost chucking out plates and food on the table. Next time we go to Llanberis, well opt for the takeaway option. Also decor basic compared to other Indians I've visited...

We called in when passing, had the set meal for 2 and every element was utterly delicious. Best Indian meal we had eaten in a restauramt for quite some time. The only reason we dropped a star is because the staff rarely smiled though they were very courteous and attentive. Great place to visit.

Service was atrocious. Waited 1 1/4 hours for poppadoms and chutney tray. Our drinks were slammed down at us after having to chase them. Starters arrived after the mains, which when we raised the issue, they became angry with us. Food was good, if you’re willing to wait 2 hours!

Food was pleasant nothing special. However, service with a smile it was not! Food thrown at us and no gap whatsoever between any courses. On top of this brought poppadoms without asking how many we wanted (they brought double what we would have ordered) also added an extra bread to the menu (when asked said I though you wanted enough for the table even though we ordered one) one rice did not arrive with order. No apology when it finally came. Poor!

I am staying in an Airbnb literally opposite this restaurant and having read some of the poor reviews we were a bit wary but our hosts recommended it so we gave it a go and were glad that we did. The food was good and reasonably priced and the service from our waiter, Selim was friendly and quick. No complaints at all.

Really good Indian! The food was just amazing and exactly “as per doctor’s orders” after a full day of walking in the mountains! Welsh lamb jalfrezi was out of this world. Place is pretty small so be sure to arrive early to get a place. Very well recommended👍

Really lovely food! Clear options regarding allergens, friendly staff for the most part.Easy to book, decent decorations, the blue lights are a bit much but that's just personal taste! Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice bite out!

Outstanding food and service. The staff accommodated us as a walk in despite being busy but you wouldn’t have known. We had a Chicken Naga and a Kathmandu special. Both were delicious, and service was efficient and helpful. The Chicken Naga is definitely one of the hottest curries I’ve ever had.I would revisit any time gladly.

Went to Wales for a few days with the other half and wanted to go for food - somewhere halal specifically. I called in advance and they advised that everything bar the alcohol was halal and suitable for Muslims, which was perfect.I ordered the Naga with Lamb and mushroom rice which was hot but tasted amazing. The rice was also lovely. Missus had a Chicken Kashmiri with coconut rice which was not hot in the slightest, but she had an aversion to spicy food, lest the toilet gets the brunt of it in the morning. All in all - the food, service and environment was impeccable. I am very happy we came and was delighted with the service and food most specifically. The ambiance and seating of the restaurant was good and well laid out with social distancing measures implemented.Very happy - a well deserved five star rating.
