Got all order wrong, women who acted like she was in charge with black hair basically said we can't change the order now its too late when they gave us porridge pot and fruit toast?! Instead of 2 breakfast pots which we asked for, very rude moved us along instead of giving us what we ordered, although it was her that got it wrong worst starbucks I've been to

Very happy with the service we just had through the drive through. Lovely lady went above and beyond to make something that was cold and met my dietary needs. Thankyou

The best Mocca I've ever had. Always a perfect taste and pattern to compare with other coffees.

Staffs here are all nice and kind. I left my small pouch bag in the chair by accident and the kind staff kept it safe and returned it to me. It was very impressive the kindness of British people 😁😊😁 Thank you very much again!

We waited nearly half an hour in the drive through and they got our order wrong g so we had to then pull in and park and my daughter had to them wait another 10 minutes for them to rectify it. They weren't busy. There was barely any customers. And all for highly priced stuff I'd have been able to buy for half the price elsewhere! Won't be going again!

Came here months ago & not going to sugarcoat it, was atrocious. Came here today and it was a completely different experience. Seems as though someone’s taken notice of the poor reviews. Much better here today, actual staff here, counted at least 6 staff members. Staff were also polite & knew what they were doing. Hopefully stays this way

Friendly service.Standard Starbucks menu and coffee. There is a drive through and sit in.Basic motorway stop over.

I like to spentime with friends there sometimes, they have big varieties of sandwiches as well cakes but unfortunately some of the stuff are rude don't know if because of their stress shifts between the drive through and in the caffe or just they are like that, that happened many times and with all people I know. Again and again the Caffe is not fully cleaned. In my opinion they should have more stuff when it's crowdedEditingThe stuff are becoming more kind and welcoming and apologising for the long wait, but the place is getting dirtier and dirtier. The fridges are so dirty from the inside where the cakes and muffins are exposed to such a dirty place. The toilets as well unclean,moreover the floor always not cleaned and the serving station full of coffe dripping. Imagine a barista serving you with a dirty apron, oh my god. I go there with friends but I ask for my drink to be in a take away cup but my last visit I saw flies over the coffe machine so I cancelled my drink and just sit with friends chatting. Ypu need people for cleaning guys, seriously. I won't go there anymore if the situation will stay the same. By the way I hope some of the boss go undercover there to see and discover his business soon . So shame

Short staffed. Poor employees were rushed off their feet dealing with customers inside and the drive thru. Excellent service though, very apologetic for the wait.
