Subway in Gwynedd

Staff are very inappropiate saying they want to kill themselves whilst on shift and constantly complaining and slagging customers off as soon as they leave , very uncomfortable experience. Massive off put as all they do is smoke and then handle the food, honestly dont understand why people are in the job if they can't/don't want to do it step aside and let someone proffesional and hygienic take it instead🙄if there was a choice for zero stars i would happily of chose that!!

Asked for a regular coffee as advertised on the menu at £1.69. Served with coffee and asked for £2.15. When queiried the young lady said "that's what comes up on the till". I suggested she charged the correct amount as on the menu on the wall but she couldn't. Left the coffee on the counter and got a coffee at McDonald's where I normally go.Misleading advertising.?

The workers were so rude, just bc im different 🧕🏼from the others doesnt mean u have to treat me different anywho the girl at the til didnt even give my money probably like im a trash 😒

Staff was very rude and they did not have papers, veggie Patty, Salt and some breads also. Their answer to no salt was “ you will not taste the difference “. Very poor service and taste

Very bad customer service, upon asking to add some salt i got reply that i wouldn’t feel any difference in taste!!! How would subway know if would or not ! Very rude staff

I ate there so much and yet the personal was always kind patient and I made a card too so I got a lot of adventages for my birthday, with cumulation of points and it is not expensive at all 🤗😌👍👍👍👍

Ran out of lettuce, onion but it was Christmas eve and the card machine wasn't working.

Phoned up to see if they stocked pickling onions, they did so went and bought some along with some sprouts, also mushrooms very good recommended.

It was ok but had cup, lid, sturrer, two milks ( foil lid, plastic container - each) for a coffee. The coffee was great but far too much packing to recycle easily....

We all know what to expect at a subway! Lots of different filling choices, fresh baked bread at reasonable prices. Here's no different - quick, friendly service with only 3 in the shop at any one time.
