Quirky cafe which was formerly an ironmongers with some if original furniture. Plenty of choice of food and massive cake portions. Good service, friendly staff.

·

Great coffee shop. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Service was quick. The drinks and (especially) the snacks we got were very good. Interior was a breath of fresh air, with a mix of quirky and homely - quiet different to the chain coffee places.

·

Unusual place, like stepping back in time. Fabulous cake and decent coffee, plus dog-friendly, so an easy 5 stars.

Came here twice, once for dine-in breakfast and once for a takeaway baguette. Both were excellent experiences. Food is tasty and freshly prepared. The unusual interior adds to the quirky "character" of the place. If you're in town and need some food or coffee, I recommend a visit.

Beautiful place, delicious food, amazing cakes 🤤

Can't fault it. It's a beautiful little looking place which opens up into soo much more. They've retained many of th original features, back from when it was a hardware store. Lots of delicious homemade meals and all at very reasonable prices. Definitely will call in here again.Oh, and pets are all made welcome (seems almost normal everywhere North of here, which is a huge bonus to many, I'm sure).

Lovely little Tea & coffee place with lots of choice, bet you can't resist the amazing cakes, flapjacks, brownies cheesecakes, the hardest choice is which ONE should you have. Staff lovely, while we were in there everyone was complimenting the food & cakes. Great little place, a must to visit!!

Very busy downstairs, so we went to the floor above where they had decked it out with sofas. The coffee was delicious and the cakes were nice (mammoth portions). We especially liked the gluten free carrot cake.It would have been made better by having opening windows upstairs as it was very hot.

An eclectic place which I don't don't fully get but the staff were lovely, the cheesecake was epic and the coffee was spot on. Perfect for a post mountain treat. The cheesecake was light and creamy on an oat base which made it quite different.I will be back again soon
