Table Table Parc Britannia in Gwynedd

I stayed in the Premier Inn next door and used the meal vouchers. The food was always hot and we got served promptly. Breakfast was fantastic, really set you up for the day. Having a hot meal at the end of each days activities was nice. Booking a table was easy too. Probably best to do this each morning.

How can they justify charging £5.58 for 2 glasses of Diet Coke? Not even 1/2 pint, mostly ice. Hate to think what the food prices are like!! Certainly not returning.

nice staff waited 1hr 30 mins for food other tables srrived after we placed our order getting their food before us and some of food overcooked not single apology from staff which spoiled our lunch

Hi Im not a person who makes a habit of leaving a review but I really feel that the staff at this restaurant deserve credit for their excellent service. The food I just can't fault after several visits over many months this year and last and their drinks are very reasonable. The manager could not be more welcoming. Many thanks to everyone

There were quite a few items not available on the menu. But the service by Bella made up for it. She was so lovely and attentive. She knew my son loves fruit and added some as an extra with his chocolate brownie. My haddock and chips was delicious and the large wine was large. Thank you Bella x

We went in for a couple of drinks and it was lovely warm and cosy. I realised I had booked the wrong restaurant for next night, so Alisha went and sorted my booking out for us. Next night we arrived and were greeted by smiling and friendly staff. Our food order was dealt with swiftly and didn't have to wait long. Elise s was very friendly and helpful with a wonderful personality. Alisha even came to say hello as we were sat. All in all a lovely place that is clean warm and welcoming with great food and staff. Well done

I feel robbed to have paid £4.40 for this "garlic and cheese flatbread" which had no garlic on it by the way. Basically a piece of bread with a slice of cheese. Not acceptable.

Trash Can Nachos... The Name Is Correct!!I know that photographs on menus are not always 100% accurate to what you get in real life but these did have similarities.The colour of the Nachos and red chilli was the same although I only has 2 slices of chilli. There was no coriander and the most obvious was that my trash can was not even filled. The cheese sauce was cold and congealed, all in all not what you expect after a year away from dining out.Let's hope tonight is better as I'm stuck here again with work!!!!I must say that the servers and floor staff were very busy but excellent!!!

Location next to primmer inn. Good size restaurant friendly staff members. Good service. Food nice but they have just changed the menu which is a shame because they use to do a superb piza 🍕 but the new menu is fine.

Very busy when I arrived at 19:30. No tables available.. Had a pint In the bar. Found a free table at 20:00. Ordered food. Starter took 15 mins to arrive. Then main followed 15 mins later. Food was hot and steak was cooked well. Just a shame it's not local Welsh black beef. Over all the staff where polite and food was good.
