Tafarn y Plu in Gwynedd

Absolutely brilliant local pub community pub. Staff are friendly and helpful drink particularly rose wine was delicious. Live band called coffin Dodgers played Saturday night, good night pizza van parked outside the pub was excellent too.

Good beer, good outside cabins to est pizza in.

Lovely village pub owned by locals. Traditional pub with a warm welcome and lovely open fire. Our local each time we visit.

Passing through the area and found it a nice place with friendly staff and people inside. I wish them good luck coming out of the Pandemic and keep up the great work.

Nice beer, great selection of gins at a reasonable price. Nice outside area. Great welcome. Pizza available Fri & Sat evenings.

Nice little community run pub. God beer and a friendly welcome

Recently taken over as community pub Will benefit from future developments in catering plans, but has a friendly local character provided visitors remember that Welsh is the first language of many of the staff and locals and is not being spoken to exclude anyone, switching to English not seen as a problem. I wish them well.

Only outside drinking when visited recently. But nice location, and vast improvement's to outside seating area and prompt efficient table service made it great place to enjoy a drink in the sunshine. I recommend a visit to the Tafarn Y Plu in the lovely village of Llanystumdwy on the Llyn Peninsula North Wales.
