Simonis Catch is the high-end restaurant by simonis in The Hague for quality sea food. Amazing service and very Friendly staff. Must visit if you are want to try quality sea food cooked & presented into classic manner. We ate Tong, King Crab and Chef's special Sushi

We were told, that here one can eat the best oysters in Netherlands. I tried oysters in Ireland, then in England and can say, that these oysters by Catch were good. The staff is very friendly and tolerant (we were with our baby), but I didn’t like the salad and the fact, that our table was covered with small scratches. For a restaurant it’s a little ā€œmauvais tonā€. As for salad, it’s enormous, expensive, but there is nothing special about it. I can’t imagine a person, who can eat such a big salad, then mane dish and desert.

Where to start? To be completely honest, this wasn’t the first time we went here. The sun was shining, my in-laws were in town and we had to make a reservation. In the end all we did regret was not being able to eat more!Is it conveniently placed? No. Are there a lot of pretentious people coming here? Yes. Is it expensive? Relatively. But have you seen the portion sizes?I went for the full platter and couldn’t even finish all of the seafood. The products are extremely fresh and made with such precision. I can’t praise it enough. So, sell your kidney and come eat here! You will not regret it.

It is a little pricy, but worth the experience. Great seafood, sushi and also other dishes. It was all delicious. Recommend it if you want to splurge a little bit.

The server was the best part of my experience here. She was very attentive and helpful. She even changed my drink and didnt charge me for the exchange. I had the grilled lobster with baby shrimps, spinach and fries. The lobster tasted like it was olf and/or it wasn't grilled long enough but I was really hungry so I had it anyway. I also had a ceasar salad that had human hair in it, just was a bit gross if you ask me. So I didnt finish it, after seeing the hair I couldnt take another bite. Overall it was an ok experience, based on that ...I wouldnt necessarily go back.

The sashimi was downrated than Japanese restaurants. And the classic lobster was also a disappointment.Service is very satisfying though. The fries was the best of the whole evening.

Lovely place they have a wide range of seafood menu and meat selection. Pretty upfront pricing and the service is really nice…. Their dessert is insta worth !Book ahead as they take reservations and I was able to click only one pic so far but try out their other menu as well.

This simply a perfection. 1st of all the food - so fresh and tasteful that I never ate such sushi before, even wasabi was fresh! - the deserts are innovative on the menu and it gets even better on the plate, staff is welcoming and respectful from the moment you enter and during the whole stay, chairs or sofas are comfy, there's the view of the harbour with jachts and very spacious and clean toilets. Finally a really good place in all regards.

Since it was a lovely sunny Sunday we decided to have lunch by the sea! Lovely restaurant, very busy (as expected) thus service was a bit slow, but we were not in a rush and we enjoyed our drinks and lovely marina view. Quality, taste and presentation of food was very good, also our waiter was very kind and we had a laugh. Will certainly return! Thank you 😊

Lovely location with quite a bit of outdoor seating available. Food was great - we shared some starters, had individual mains, and shared dessert. Everything was great so I don’t think you can go wrong with the food. Unfortunately we had a poor experience upon being seated - seagulls had made a mess on the seats and rather than clean it up, one of the staff members threw a towel on the seat with the expectation we would clean it ourselves. Other than that, it was a nice experience here. If you’re on a budget, be sure to check the menu beforehand because prices aren’t cheap.
