Absolutely gorgeous fish and chips. Fantastic customer service. Brilliant buzzer system where you go in and order and get given a buzzer to hold whilst waiting outside. Speedy service (we ordered 8 meals and it was ready in 5 minutes!) There are some tables inside and some picnic benches outside. We took ours to eat in the nearby park on one occasion and enjoyed it so much we went back. The chips are fantastic and they have a great variety of food on the menu all at a very reasonable price. Lovely staff too!

Bugers looked good but the chicken tasted like fish when eating. Also had to get a magnifying glass out to see the fish and chips portions we ordered.

Stopped here for lunch. There wasn’t a queue when we arrived and there were tables free inside to eat in (although only seating for about 14 inside so we probably got lucky). Our group commented on the tasty batter on the fish, chips were good and it was very reasonably priced. No toilets here but there are public toilets just up the road (normally chargeable but free when we visited).

This place does a cod, chips & either mushy peas, curry sauce or gravy for just over £4 the fish is cod and it is a half a fish nice size portion. Mmm this was nice

The fish butter very thick and dry and fried in old oil clearly. Not tasty or fresh, chips just OK. Wouldn't recommend it.

If Heiniken did chip shopes this would be it. Absolutely fantastic. Get the small cod chips and peas £4,50. Plenty for even a porker like me!.Service 110%

Very disappointed. Do not go if you are english and visiting. We ordered 3 medium cod and got one large cod cut into 3 pieces! The plaice was not battered and clearly shop bought. Even though there were 12 of us they decided not mention they were cash only when we ordered our food. The menu choice is very limited.

First night visiting the area so decided to have a chippy tea, ordered the cod and chips with their homemade tartar sauce and it could be the best chippy tea I've ever had. Not at all greasy. Highly recommended.

Chips were nice.Small selection if fish, only cod or plaice. Fish was also quite greasy, possible due to them being busy at time of visiting so we’re rushing cooking of things, understandably.
