What an amazing place. Beautiful location, wonderful staff, great rooms. Exceptional food. Only stayed for one night but lovely village. Had a ciabbta at lunch, huge! Then had dinner in evening, made room for dessert. Breakfast was included in the morning, outstanding. Rooms fully equipped, comfortable with amazing views. The staff work really hard, nothing too much trouble and it shows, as its a busy place. Highly recommend this place

Stayed here as we had a family event close by. We enjoyed our stay very much, this hotel was a great find. All the staff were extremely helpful, very pleasant and cheerful, despite clearly working hard. The room we had was clean and tidy, with a nice big bathroom and we'd definitely stay here again. The evening meal in the restaurant was absolutely superb, the food was so tasty, so well cooked and presented and you could clearly tell everyone else in the restaurant space was very impressed with their choices, too.Everyone was great, but a special mention for Declan, if I may, who really went the extra mile to make our stay a good one. Many thanks.

Lovely hotel with good rooms and cottages, in a convenient area with good road links to the snowdonia national park, coast lines and attractions. The service provide by all the staff was first class. The food was well cooked using locally sourced quality produce 👌 to a high standard, be aware the portion sizes are large so you will need to walk a lot. We have one little gripe, the room was small and very hot at night and the shower mat was clean but very grimy and needs replacing. But we would stay again.

We ordered food and drinks in the bar area. The food was all made with fresh ingredients and all home made. Loved the home style chips, cut by hand. The food was excellent and very filling. Dog friendly in the bar area. The Purple Moose Snowdonia ale was great! Lovely friendly staff. Thanks!

I had an evening meal here, under recommendation from the owner of a nearby bunkhouse. A weekday evening, no reservation made and there was plenty of space to sit and order a meal.I was really pleased with the smothered chicken and my side of onion rings came with no fewer than NINE! Then ordered the cheapest ice cream on the menu and it arrived in no fewer than three large scoops... Excellent value for money. I would recommend and eat here again. Good and friendly service too.I did find that chips were a bit brown and soft but I've been told it's not a regular occurrence.

We went there for dinner on a Sunday. We ordered the Nachos to share for 3 people. Those were very tasty. However we both ordered a main each after, which was way too much as the portions are MASSIVE. Besides the food was alright and quite cheap considered. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

It's perfect hotel. Can rest in comfort bed, and very tasty food. They have restaurant on sites and bar. Handmade food! Guy from hotel was very friendly, helpful, nice, he helped to bring our baggage upstairs. We was served by very friendly staff. Have enough place to walk around and with car not so far away from Snowdonia. In our room was everything what we needed. Tea, coffee, towels, shampoo, soap, heaters. I wish this hotel soon will get 5 starts!! Good job and thanks for all GRAPES staff for very friendly and warm welcoming. Definitely will come back again and i will recommend this hotel and bar for everyone! Best place ever!

just popped in for a pint, didn't eat but menu looked good with plenty of variety and typical pub grub.Barman was pleasant and helpful. Lots of folk checking in which is good sign and fully booked for Easter, another good sign. Will return and eat,so far all good.

Lovely place with very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in one of the cottages and it was very clean and upstairs was very cosy. Lots of tea and coffee making stuff available but no toiletries which was surprising. We ate in the pub which served normal pub grub. All very nicely presented and the staff were lovely. Will definitely like to go back when the weather is better. Great position for visiting lots of local places of interest
