There is very little you can't buy here for home & garden.Prices are reasonable. Plants are of good quality. Almost anything you require for DIY & gardening including Leisure is available here. The downside is that you cannot contact them by telephone to check if they have things in stock so if you don't live locally it can be a bit of a trek only to find that they don't have the items you want. The cafe onsite used to be very good but our last 2 visits have been disappointing & food has not been very nice . We will still visit for a cuppa but will leave the hot food alone.Overall I enjoy coming here as the variety on offer in the store is excellent.

Terrible customer service. Got to the till, asked 4 times for a carrier bag and was ignored. Woman at the till told me the balance, so I again asked for a bag, and she rolled her eyes and huffed like I was an inconvenience. She saw me struggling to open the bag (which was a tiny 10p one even though I asked for the bigger 20p one), and instead of offering to help, she screamed "next please" in my face while I was still trying to pack the bag! I have to say, the customer behind me was just as rude, pushed right up behind me to try to rush me. Spent a fortune there, so would expect a little more manners from the staff!

I am fed up of the grumpy checkout assistants. Two in particular who are so rude. Get a grip! Your face won't cracked if you try smiling and actually being polite to paying customers.

They sell a vast variety of household goods, garden accessories, tools, all kinds and for a decent price too but we had a standard breakfast, bacon, sausage etc in the cafe which was served cold along with tepid coffee, shame because it looked nice. Another couple wanted a refund for their breakfast. If visiting the cafe make sure your food and beverages are hot .

Went for dinner. Ordered a simply ham egg chips and beans. Food came over egg and chips where cold and ham was a bit on the dark side. If they can't get simple food right then they should be looking at there staff. Place was pretty quite so no excuse on being busy

The best shop in the area. Love it for selection of flower pots, plants, home decor. Some of the items are as old as 80s but it gives the shop right atmosphere. Some of the items are high end designs and I love it! I feel like a having a good day out in Stermat.

Treborth Garden Centre, Bangor has to be my favourite garden centre in North Wales. The products and plants are really lovely, and the prices are just right. I have bought many plants and trees from this garden centre over the years, and want to thank the staff for making my garden look really great! Thank-you! :)
