Ty'n y Cornel Hotel Restaurant in Gwynedd

Beautifully situated hotel with romanticview over the lake. Beautifully furnishedroom with comfortable bed and lake view. The dinner in the restaurant was delicious, at breakfast there was a huge selection of high quality food.

Booked a room for a night stopover on our tour of Wales.....glad we did 😊 We booked dinner bed and breakfast at a price we found very reasonable.On arrival we were greeted with a smile and given our room.....amazing view, clean and large room which we were very pleased with. Bar prices in our opinion were what we expected and found reasonable. The food for evening meal was superb and we couldn't fault....breakfast was just as tasty. We would stop again as we throughly enjoyed out nights stay.

We went here for a meal here for our anniversary a few weeks ago. It's a very beautiful location and we were seated in a conservatory to eat so we had a nice view, unfortunately it was a bit loud due to it being a conservatory with wooden floors. The staff were nice and polite although they seemed a little overwhelmed and kept forgetting drinks. The food was nice and we would probably go again.

We came for lunch whilst visiting family in the area. The food was superb, plenty of vegetarian options, all seven of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals - homemade quiche, scampi, meze, pate, and rustic chips! Service was excellent in a beautiful setting.

Stopped by for quick bite to eat and a drink. Lovely location next to lake and had a nice lunch. Staff friendly and service good. Will definitely be back.

Booked lunch for four..A warm welcome at reception. ideal setting in front of the lake. A beautiful sunny day. Food was excellent Fish n chips. Lamb burger Quiche andLlamb pie. Food fresh and homemade. Desserts Baileys Cheescake, Apple & Blackberry crumble and Sticky Toffee pudding . Waitress very friendly and helpful. A lovely meal in a wonderful setting. Would definitely return. Would be a wonderful hotel to stay a few nights.

Called in for a quick drink after coming upon it by accident. You can take your drinks/meals and sit at the lakeside. Truly peaceful setting, the rooms overlook the lake and look great.

We decided to have a last minute break and think we've found a perfect wedding location! It is absolutely stunning here. The room was delightful, clean and well stocked. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were super friendly. The best part about the hotel is it's location. The walk around the lake is lovely. It feels so remote and tranquil. It was just what we needed after a 10 day stint in isolation.I can really imagine getting married here 😍😍

Breath taking location next to beautiful hills and the lake.Staff is very friendly, helpful and polite who is making sure your stay there unforgettable.The meals are very well prepared and presented with excellent service.We loved our visit there and definitely come back there again!Surely recommend it!

Stayed locally for a weeks holiday.Booked a meal here for 2 nights during our stay and had a wonderful, well prepared and presented meal on both nights.Staff very friendly and welcoming.Hotel itself is very nice and plan to re visit and stay here for a short break next time.Well worth a visit and to eat here.Husband said minted lamb pie was the best he had and pastry to die for.
