Wenallt Deli & Tearooms in Gwynedd

Went for lunch today, found a hair in my sons chips clearly it was the lady who had cooked its hair, she seemed very put out an annoyed and responded with "well ill make another one up" when we pointed it out. Returned with another meal an then apologised half heartedly but this had already put my son off his meal and didn't eat it.

Went they today I was told they closed early and the woman was not nice at all hopefully they not always like that not happy at all

Always spot on. Love your little godsend cafe :) What possesses people to give 1 star reviews to local businesses when their egos are bruised by a 2 minute wait or being asked to wear a mask is absolutely beyond me.

Been here a few times now whilst staying at Shell island. The best breakfast I've had anywhere in Wales. Good value for money and lovely staff. Many thanks!
