Waited a full hour in a nearly empty restaurant for mediocre food that was not worth what I paid for it. I ordered pasta and a green salad, which should have taken 20 minutes max to prepare. The salad was dressed with a layer of mayonnaise and was barely edible. A couple who had arrived after me got their food first while another couple left to order takeout after waiting for 45 minutes for their food which still hadn't arrived.

They were really struggling with no staff tonight but regardless we had a warm welcome and brilliant pizza so fresh amazing dough, and great toppings lovely !!

Food OK very long wait for average food priority over takeaway business not sure about ceaser salad not what I would call a ceaser

The best pizza I have ever eaten. Very tasty food. Very nice atmosphere. I recommend!!!

Visited for an evening meal on Saturday night.Host who I presumed was owner/manager was very friendly although looked slightly under dressed.The food was very basic although very tasty, and good value for money.Atmosphere a little underwhelming.This venue only accepts cash.

The food here was absolutely stunning! Very well priced food and drink. The atmosphere was very quiet. Staff were chatty and happy to help.

Magnificent Pizza. I’ve eaten pizza in Italy and the food here is authentic, freshly prepared and utterly delicious. We came on December 10th for our anniversary and are so glad we did. Charming, attentive staff and a very chic warm and welcoming ambience. We will definitely return and most highly recommended.

I came to this restaurant on my visit to North Wales with 7 other friends. Not one person could say a bad word about this restaurant.Absolutely amazing service from the staff there. They could not be any friendlier.Food was incredible and one of the nicest meals I've had in a while. Everything there was very clearly made fresh and you could taste that.I would definately recommend this restaurant and when I visit North Wales again I will be returning here.

Been working in Bala for the last 6 months, lots of brilliant places to eat around here, but this is my favourite. Food is absolutely beautiful and staff polite and engaging.

Sat down.15 minutes to be seen for a drink.20 minutes to be asked for order.45 minute wait for food.Food came with excessive amounts of garlicAnd I got to enjoy this experience with the deceased cast of a bugs life.2 young staff were left to host, take orders, pour and serve drinks for the entire floor adding to the delay
