Yr Hen Siop in Gwynedd

It was a rainy day and we had a wet little dog with us...we were welcomed with smiles and dog biscuits for Daisy doodle!The food was lovely and people at the cafe were so lovely.I will go back when next in the area and would highly recommend 👌.Thank you!

Stopped here on our way back home from Snowdon for lunch and what a find! Food was delicious, I had the macaroni cheese and wife had the Welsh rarebit. I couldn't resist a slice of the homemade coffee cake too! Staff were really welcoming, such a cosy little place, it was almost like sitting in your mates front room. We were even treated to some fast jets doing practice manoeuvres overhead. Great visit!

The tastiest vegan chocolate pie I've ever eaten. Friendly staff, comfy seats and despite arriving close to closing time we received a friendly welcome and there was no feeling of being rushed. Looking forward to returning.

My friend and I stopped here for a bite while out on or motorbikes purely by chance. Got to say I'm glad we did! We both ordered the chilli n rice and it was delicious. As much tea as we could need and a lovely cake. All very reasonably priced. Clean, interestin and Quirky place with great service. Definitely calling again if I'm over that way.

Amazing little spot. They had alternative milks for me and even some dairy free ice-cream! The owner is lovely and a fellow coffee and wool enthusiast. I asked if I could buy a cafeteria as my local accommodation didn't have one... She lent it to me for the week!A must visit if you're staying locally or would make a nice stop on a journey. Car park in the town is just at the end of the road. I didn't take a picture of my iced coffe...but did get one of the lovely drop spindle. Thanks so much.

Lovely café right in the middle of the village. Really nice selection of homemade food, snacks & cakes. Complimented with a range of hot & cold drinks. Inside there's comfy sofas and chairs arranged around tables. Alternatively there's 3 small tables for 2 on the pavement outside. Very pleasant & friendly staff finish off an altogether superb customer experience. Highly recommended and worth the drive to get to this little gem.
