Great selection of beers and gins. Loved the Pie and Mash.

Just called in for food as we are away on a short break from Mid Wales. What a great place , staff super helpful, pie was amazing and the beers where brilliant, can not recommend this place highly enough

The Landlord is a very pleasant and welcoming man,as are all the staff. The quality of the pies,mash and minted peas are delicious ! I had a gluten free otption of the Chicken pie and it was the best gluten free pie I have ever tasted,it was just perfect pastry and filling. My husband had a 'normal' Chicken pie and that was just as good. I have been gluten free for over 20yrs and products have improved a lot, but not to this standard. Highly reccomend a visit.

I wasn't sure about heading into an unfamiliar pub travelling alone but the landlord was very friendly and the bar well stocked and tidy. I felt quite safe and happy to get a pint and sit in the lovely beer garden.

First day of holiday and decided to pop in for a drink after walking around to get our bearings. We sat outside at the back up a flight of stairs,It was lovely sat in the sunshine. Decided to stay for food, the pies were fabulous, you can have with mash or chips and gravy, even my 14 year old ate all of his. They also do children’s meals. The staff were very friendly and welcoming as were some of the regulars who wished us a lovely holiday. Will be calling in again.

Great little pub, the way they used to be... the way we all miss. Great friendly staff. Really warm welcoming. Oh and fabulous pies and beer.
