Breakwater Country Park Cafe in Isle of Anglesey

The food and cakes home made was very good, and the friendly staff made the experience good , with the 2 play areas good car parking. A nice place to start a day or couple of hours walk from then return (more cakes).

Unfortunately, we waited about 15 mins then gave up as the queue just didn't move. There were only 3 people in front of us. Obviously very short staffed for some reason.

Don't bother,must be nice to turn away £40 in custom, after a lovely walk decided to get some food ,5 of us arrived and where promptly told to wait outside,with the lady not even asking if we where eating in or taking away,so did as we where told (NOT ASK IN ANY POLITE MANNER, AT ALL) so after waiting out side for 15 to 20 mins stepped back inside only because smaller parties of one or two people had gone in but not come out ,on stepping back in met again by what can only be said to be the must abrupt member of staff, yes same lady as first, are You ALL together ,and after telling her again we where ,the question that should have been asked at first are you eating in or taking out ,telling her we would like to eat in her reply was you'd better see if there is any space ,only to fine out there wasn't, but at least the people who came after us had found space to sit ,so yes NOT impressed with the service at all

A must stop for a tea or coffee place if on a road trip through Wales. Lovely location. Ample parking. Lovely walks by cliffs.
