Lively and informal place to eat. Interesting menu supporting local producers. Great setting on the Menai Straits, with outdoor seating available if weather permits. Can be very noisy. Good value.

Lovely views over the menai straits, especially from the top floor. Great service and diverse menu. Mackerel pate was definitely freshly made served with pickled samphire- generous portion we shared! Crab salad was delicious with a sneaky side of chunky chips, lovely attention to detail with great salad dressing and mayo. Seafood linguini offered in 2 sizes which is a great idea. Lovely selection of different puds too. Only downside was the upper floor was just too warm with the doors on to the deck closed on a sunny day with no air conditioning.

Staff really nice and very helpful. We booked our table on Sunday for Sunday evening, but they helped us to get a place and with a nice view.The mussels dish was amazing. I think the best, the sauce was very delicious. Scallops was ok, nothing special, but i did not like too much that something sweet cream side. French fries was ok. Linguine was not good. I did not do any picture as it was just nothing and very disappointed dish. I think there were 2 dishes what really worth the price, one was the dough roll with garlic butter and the other was the mussels. The value of the other food - we ordered - just did not worth.And as a Seafood reastaurant i expected for more seafood dishes. But not too many choice really.And this restaurant reminded me for a college cantine. Not for a restaurant.Anyway, thanks for the staff, they were really nice.

We actually visited 8 years ago! This review is well overdue. This restaurant was one of the most memorable parts of our trip to North Wales.I recently started planning to visit Wales again and immediately thought of this place!The food was beautifully presented and it tasted amazing. Even though it was 8 years ago I remember being so pleased with the vegetarian options. I look forward to my next visit now that the menu has even more options!

Waited a while to come here and they didn't disappoint. Really nice location overlooking the water , we were on the 2nd floor and had a lovely view .I had calamari starter and sea food linguine and they were both amazing my partner had a crab starter a bit like a fish cake which was very nice and then a chicken thigh burger which was nice but had the stingiest bit of chicken on it .Highly recommended , definitely need to pre book as it gets very busy

The food was amazing here. I had pizza and my partner had the burger and chips. For dessert I had the chocolate brownie, which was one of the best desserts I've tasted. My partner had the sticky toffee pudding and he said it was yummy. Sat upstairs where they had gorgeous views of the lake.

We had such a lovely time at Dylan’s! The seafood options are delicious and the views of the strait are wonderful. We would definitely recommend visiting. The staff are so friendly and made a birthday lunch really special. Thank you very much!

Great food, great location and professional staff. Highly recommended! Fresh fish and seafood, perfectly cooked, surprisingly enough the desserts are really good to the chocolate Orange mousse was perfection.

A gathering of friends. Last evening six of us got together at Dylan’s in Menai Bridge, wonderful time had by all. Excellent food (plenty of choice) we can strongly recommend the lamb hot pot (this time of the year) and the monk fish. Loved the Morecambe Bay mussels but saddened to see (and read) the problems with sourcing local Menai Straits mussels. A BIG shout out to our waitresses… they were excellent and very lovely 😊.
