Our room was ok , good for a pub, very clean .The hosts could not be more hospitable, very friendly. A little out of the way for most places. However that said no matter where you stay , if you want to see the island you will have to do a bit of driving. At least you could have a beer in the bar upon return .

Hi, I'm Sorry you are right that I should have left a post too. I stayed with you this week for 1 night. I gave two stars but I have up this to 3. The reason I have not given more was due to room 4 that I stayed in was smelling very damp/fosty, the bath taps had rust/mold around them, thire were 2 long brown hairs in the bathroom sink not mine as I have very short brown hair, the evening meal, ham and chip with peas etc was poor, dry and over cooked. I did find the staff very nice while thier and My breakfast of shreddies and toast was nice.

A somewhat "Spit&Sawdust venue. Overnight spent in rather cramped room. However hot shower was more than adequate, whilst evening meal was very tasty despite again having to be served in a busy bar area where obvious locals and presumably tourists had gathered for a drinking session. Nevertheless the service and attention given by both male members of staff, at a very busy time, was excellent and attentive

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Dog friendly with free treats on the bar for the 4 legged customers. Lovely outside area if weather is kind. Decent food menu with quick service. Be warned, the pizza is huge and can easily be shared by two.
