Dirty rooms and no facilities open. Price included breakfast but none available due to kitchen being closed

This place is in need if some serious work and a management team. Some form if animal had clearly been in the room before me hair everywhere and in Bath. Mould. Electrical works poorly maintained. Just not good enough. Front desk abandoned most of time, free to wander into other rooms. Bizarre.

Where to start with this one. Wow.All bedroom doors unlocked with keys in when I arrived, meaning anyone was free to roam around into any other Room. In the middle of a pandemic. Room had two singles that my feet were over the end of, when my booking clearly stated a king double. Dated looking room hadn't been decorated in 30 years. Tiny television adrift on an ocean of wall with wires dangling everywhere, with no remote. Bathroom that was so gloomy you could barely see, even with the lights on, so you couldn't see how clean it was. No breakfast, no dinner, no working free WiFi as advertised. Oh and no staff on after 6pm or before 8am. Very useful. I cannot remember the last time I was unfortunate enough to stay at a place such as this. Avoid

!!AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!Only giving 1 star because I can't give zero stars!Booked a 3 night stay through expedia and paid in full straight away. Day before I was due to stay, the hotel cancelled my stay and blamed me for the cancellation.I tried to call the hotel about 20 times, they picked up and put the phone straight down. Tried going through expedia customer services but that was useless too.Took payment in seconds but a refund will take 7 days ! Ridiculous, absolutely useless hotel.

Avoid this hotel at all costs we arrived and was told no breakfast or meals were available but our room rate would be reduced from 99 to 77. This never happened and when trying to get a refund the owner is so rude and tries to just fob you off saying to contact booking. Com. even at 77 it's expensive for a run down place

Absolutely disgusting, wish I'd read the other reviews before we trusted this place. Were due to stay overnight, first holiday I've had in two years. Turned up and nobody was there. The place looked very shabby, unlike on the website photos. We phoned both the number on the door and the website number repeatedly with no answer. People hanging around outside another building nearby said 'just wait, she'll turn up eventually, it's just what she's like'. We waited 20 minutes then left a voicemail not to take any money from our account as we couldn't get into the building and were forced to drive home. I was gutted, absolutely ruined my holiday, but now after reading the other recent reviews I'm almost relieved. Money was taken out of our account anyway, phonecalls and email were not returned. No apology was given. We were eventually refunded. I can't stress enough for you not to give this terrible place any business.

Booked a single overnight stay and arrived to find hotel locked and seemingly unoccupied. Called both the mobile number left on door and hotel landline multiple times without reply. Left after 20 minutes of no contact. Money for stay was eventually refunded after several reminders both over the phone and via email. I would strongly discourage anyone from attempting to stay here.

I do not recommend this place! If I could give 0 I would! I booked a room on Saturday morning for me, my husband and my 4 weeks old daughter. I asked them till what time we can do the check in because I knew we will arrive late and they said by 23 PM. We arrived around 22 and surprise they give our room to someone else. The lady from reception laughed in my face saying she don't know with who I spoke to the phone and suggest me to go to Liverpool to find a room because everything around was fully booked. Very disappointed, the receptionist have no shame and no even apologies!

I stayed here with my family for a nice family holiday it was a terrible experience, the lady that runs it was very rude to my children and demanding money everytime we went into the lobby , the staff where wearing pyjamas we ordered drinks and they were out of date and my children had bad tummy I asked her to refund money back she laughed and said do you want another one. All our bed sheets had dirty good marks and blood on them we will never stay at this hotel again it ruined our holiday.
