KFC in Isle of Anglesey

Much higher standard of cleanliness and quality of food than my local and got the order right to boot.

The chips was stone cold we got some hot replacement chips and there was no salt on them them we ask for some salt for them and was told there wasn't any salt to put on them paying all that money and the service was bad and didn't get anything back I won't be going again this is not the first time I've had problems with KFC in penrhos Holyhead

Ordered a zinger tower burger - received a fillet burger with hash brownAsked for a chicken on the bone - received 2 hot wingsAsked for 4 hotwings (2 for 99p advertised) was told I could only order 2 or 3... mind boggled...Get a grip KFC .. also would be nice to have salt now an then. Will be McDonalds from now on for us

Gave up after standing near the counter for 15 minutes when the place was practically deserted, (19:45, 08/03/22), 3 orders went out in that time.2 staff on front of house, never even made eye contact, let alone spoke. Didn't want to use order terminal as wanted to pay cash, not use card due to currency charges. Won't bother in future.

Great kfc, clean tidy...helpful staff! Especially Lisa, happy efficient and polite...

Even though they were short staffed they were polite, efficient and kept the place clean.

As with any KFC drive thru absolute disaster. Slow service, cold food and at least ten minutes from order to driving off. Luckily I didn't pay.

It's clear that this place is the last stop on a long road- regional management could do with taking a bit of time and effort to come out to steer back to where it should be.While the staff are uniformly pleasant to deal with this place is plagued (and has been for years) with problems up the chain- having no chicken at all, or no drinks area regular event here, and from what I see it's just this store.Items 'unavailable' from the core menu on a regular basis says either excessive wastage or poor ordering. either way it would benefit from an appropriately trained (and appropriately paid) manger and/or investment by the franchise holder.An internal facelift (recently done) isn't going to solve problems where people loop though the drive through and go elsewhere because the basic, regular menu can't be served.

Bad service, staff have a not bothered attitude, food was awful chips over cooked chicken small piece and no hot drinks, hadn't been for a while won't going again

Delicious, hot food. Friendly lady helped me with the menu and prices as it is too high and too far away for me to read even with my glasses on and my eyesight is quite good for someone of my age. Hence I've not given it five stars. Come on KFC, make your menus easier for all to read.
