McDonald's Holyhead in Isle of Anglesey

With McDonald’s you know what you are going to get and you know that it will taste as good at any of their restaurants. It was a reasonably large order and was ready fairly quickly. Was good service throughout.

The big macs here are great, takes about a 15 - 32 minute wait which is enough time for me to chat to family. 10/10 on the milkshakes aswell. AMAZING Place for social distancing.

why the frigster do you have milkshakes on your website if everytime I come u say “sorry we’ve got no milkshakes at the moment” TAKE THEM OFF THEMENU THEN. and why the frigster did u only have mozzarella sticks for like a week!!!!! not a happy bunny, leaving maccies with a not so happy happy meal with a flat fanta and no cheese >:(

The staff were more interested in talking to each other than listening to the customer. Four times i tried to ask staff for napkins and salt. I drove off empty handed.

so many scary looking teens were outside using their funny made up words with silly accents . the service was alight but could of been better but all there poor workers look sad I hope they all fine better jobs the poor souls .Anyways back to the kids outside , they made me feel very scared out there

Need to sort out there happy meals. Never seem to get the toy that's supposed to be on. One time they had none. But didn't get told. But generally it's fine. Clean, friendly staff. I like the cardboard light shades. 😊

Went in to get a quick McFlurry and to use the WiFi as my phone had no data or signal. I needed to use it for my satnav but when I asked about it the person just swore at me and then said it should work. It didn’t.The McFlurry was nice though.

The food here was nice and tasty for fast food. The service was fast. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great food stop for something fast.

Our local McDonald's is quite good, their waiting times at the drive through can be a bit long but that's to be expected if you get there at a rush hour. Food quality is pretty good and they are consistent, only had a couple of time where its wasn't so good but considering that's over a 7 year period that's pretty good.
