Found this place for lunch and had a hearty fill up, of food and drink. The place was just about full up outside and in so I arrived just in time really. The staff were a little rushed, but I got my order reasonably quickly considering.

We arrived with our dog for an evening meal and found a table (fairly dirty I might add but clearly not had an opportunity to clean it yet).We ordered drinks and then I went to take care of the dog.20 minutes later I returned and our drinks had still not arrived.Having been told that my other half had already asked where our drinks were after 15 minutes, we waited a further 10 minutes and eventually left.My other half said the staff were not particularly apologetic after asking where our drinks were.I'll be honest, I am disappointed as I was looking forward to the seafood platter. The restaurant did not look particularly busy and I've wanted to eat here for ages.Service 0/5Food: unknownValue for money: unknownAs an aside, went to the bull just down the road, food was exceptional, service excellent and got our drinks within 5 minutes of ordering. Most dishes were also cheaper. Will not chance this place again.I genuinely cannot comment on the food as we didn't eat but given the service we didn't receive I will not try eating here again.

Ordered toasted sandwiches x3. Approx £8 each Very sparse fillings, just a tiny bit of chicken in the middle of the bread, same with the cheese one. The staff were friendly enough. It’s dog friendly and it’s a good location.

We have been coming here for years and the food is always lovely, with a varied menu and tssty specials. Service is generally good but stood out last night with a new manager in place, you could tell the difference. The place has recently had a refurbishment and the new decor is lovely. Far better value for money than some of the other restaurants in beaumaris, reasonably priced and great portions. We had fish and chips and chicken supreme but have tried most of the dishes in the past and all have been great!

Deary meGood food but awful service. Took 40 mins for 2 of the three dishes to arrive. Then 3rd dish eventually arrived after asking several times. You could make a really successful business if you had staff who knew what they were doing.

This cafe is great for the views, I had a sandwich and a coffee which were OK but could have been better, but 8 chose for the location. Dogs outside only which was OK as it was a lovely day.

Disclaimer *I understand that there are staffing shortages at restaurants* Another group of customers arrived after me, and their order was taken first. I ordered a ham & tomato sandwich with mayo on the side, and a side salad. The staff put mayo on the sandwich, and forgot the tomato. Also, my side salad had rotting leaves in it. After I had finished my sandwich, I asked for the check, only to find out 20 minutes later that you pay at the counter. The staff clearly need more training. I was promised a free salad if I came back the next day, but I won't be in town.

I thought the service and the food were excellent, we ordered the vegan breakfast and the vegetarian breakfast and a few coffees. The service was very friendly, they got a little mixed up as we had only ordered 2 breakfasts and there were 3 of us ( I think they just wanted to make sure everything was right) but the food didn't take too long and it was worth the wait, the coffee was also excellent. The price was good too for such a good breakfast. We will definitely return.

Avoid at all costs! The place we wanted to eat at was full so we had to find somewhere else, after finding this place I have to say I strongly regret coming here. Overpriced, lazy food and had a bad stomach since. Bad salad and oily chips. Service was the worst I've had in a long time, place was pretty empty yet they took 30 minutes to serve, different staff attended me and they were all talking between them loudly and making noise whilst I was eating. They hadn't cleaned my table and over charge for everything. At the end of the meal I asked for the bill and they had lost or never recorded what my order was so I was asked what I had eaten. No apology was made nor was I asked if I was happy with my experience. I took some photos of the left overs where you can see the spoilt salad with lots of red onions. They are small portions for £14 and £4 for very cheap chips or onion rings. Nearly £3 for a small still water bottle.

This cafe is in a prime spot at the head of the pier but the service really lets it down. When we arrived another group were complaining about massively overdue food. We weren't ordering much so decided to continue. The tea and my brownie arrived in good time but my wife's toasted teacake never showed up and I doubt it ever would have. I paid only for what I had, which was good, but if I was the owner of this place I would be livid at the lack of attention to detail and care shown by the staff, most of whom appeared to be young ladies with lots to say to each other but not much focus on the job they are being paid to do. Could be a goldmine with the right level of service 🤔
