Nice hotel with nice rooms. Clean, comfortable.Breakfast was nice, they had some out of the ordinary options, like Eggs Benedict. Unfortunately they were really odd, didn't have any Hollandaise sauce which made for a rather odd consistency, wouldn't recommend the Eggs Benedict. My wife said the scrambled eggs were a bit of tasting too.So nice rooms, conveniently located but the hot breakfast options my wife and I tried weren't stellar

Attended for lunch with a party of 10. Nothing was too much trouble. We were put on one long table in the conservatory which was ideal as we could all converse with each other.The food was excellent and no one could fault what they had. Compliments to the chef! All the staff were very attentive and friendly.Will certainly be visiting again!

Good quality food with a range of choices including vegan and gluten free. They have a nice beer garden with a kids playground which kept the kids happy whilst we could relax. Fast and helpful staff were able to sort our order out with ease. Will definitely go back.

Visited this public house for a meal at dinner time. There is no problems for parking for all people. The staff are friendly mostly young, and efficient.the food we ordered was a salad, quick service and the food was very good. A drink of tea, plenty in the tea pot, and a good cup. We did nt stay. They have around 9 rooms, no knowledge of what they are like. The public house is very expansive, with plenty of tables. Outside there are two seating areas on wooden decking, below is a garden with tables and chairs and a children's playing area and dog friendly, when the sun is out I bet this area is jam packed when holiday season, be aware. There appears to be a function room, it is a long time since I have seen a public house this large and caters for all people. You have to go there and experience it.

Had a roast dinner in the beer garden here. The sharing platter had enough meat to feed a small army. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the mash tasted like smash. Not sure if it was, but definitely treated like it. Was hoping for a view of the menai but the gardens were pretty on this sunny day. Reasonably priced for the big portions we received.

Had a 2 course lunch here today turkey and leek pie which had virtually no meat in it just lots of sauce and was served in a dish with just thin pastry lid. Thankfully ordered apple crumble as well which satisfied my appetite and was adequate. Drinks were pricey and there was a long wait for the food doubt I'll return.

3 of us went on Easter Sunday for lunch. We ended up eating outside and enjoyed the experience - the food was very nice with decent portion sizes, and the staff were friendly and attentive. It was a little slow, but it was fairly busy so only a minor glitch.Overall very good.

Great pub. I came here 7 years ago so knew of the place. Glad we didn't waste time looking for other venues. Tried to book online for food but no tables available so we turned up for a drink instead. Car park was very busy and we took the last space. Friendly bar staff and we were able to dine in the bar area, having found a table. Food was fresh and delicious. We ordered gammon, cheese pie, steak pie and children had chicken goujons. Chocolate brownies ordered for pudding and one of the guests didn't like the raspberry ripple ice cream that came out with the brownie. I didn't complain or send back as this meant I got to eat the "contaminated brownie" and ice cream (fussy eater). Highly recommend.

Lovely place, really great staff. Dog friendly. We had Sunday lunch, ordered two trio platers, the trimmings and veg were good, the meat wasn't the best and let down the meal unfortunately. We aren't local, but should we be in the area again we'd give them another go, but probably for dinner rather than lunch.

Great place to stay. We stayed for 1 night, after visiting Anglesey, and not wanting to make the drive back. Was able to book on the day, which we did with ease, online. We had a lovely family room, for myself and my partner, 2 daughters, and our 2 dogs. The room was great, a good size, clean, and comfortable. The staff were all lovely, friendly and accommodating. We were able to have food brought to the room, which was great, and the price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.
