The Bull in Isle of Anglesey

Nice neat and tidy room. Polite and supportive staff and good food options available around the hotel....Due to bank holiday I got it but expensive though it was not worth £100 but no other options ....

Overnight stay at this hotel in Llangefni. Warm welcome from Manager and easy check in. Very old and faded but huge bedroom and bathroom with roll top bath. Free car park comfortable bed and nice breakfast. Amazing value for money.

AVOID at all costs - I wont bother to write a long review about what was wrong with the place. I will just let the pictures I took do the talking. It`s run down and so is the town. Its been on the market for 2 years and its no surprise that nobody has bought it !The food was sent back last night because the beef burger had been cremated and was inedible.The only nice bit was the staff. They were very friendly and this review doesn't do them justice and should not reflect them at all.

Motorcycles and Motorist.A really great place to stay!The lodges in the lovely courtyard were great for parking infront of your comfortable rooms. (Book early for these gems)My travelling companion got a 2nd floor bedroom with no heating, but enjoyed his stay & lovely dinner.(The staff kindly dried his wet motorcycle gear in the drying room)Beer at night, lovely food, fabulous breakfast.Definitely staying again!Place could do with a serious, serious decorative makeover, but the character, and staff service are still all there in bags!Thankyou!We will be back!

Very friendly staff, lovely pub. Accomodation very basic, but would happily stay here again. Nice food too at the pub. Car park is a little tight in places but then again can't complain as it's free! Overall would recommend and stay here again in future.

Hmmm, not quite sure how to comment. Well situated but tired. Well worth the cost, but don't have high expectations. The outside is lovely and the inside adequate.Don't expect high quality service, but it's still ok. One of those that could do with a little effort, to make it excellent.

Stayed for one night while working away. The bed was nice and the shower was great, can't remember when I last had one with the pressure it had! As far as the room itself, it's dated but so is the hotel since it's a historical building so wouldn't expect anything else and thought it was pretty cool. The food was great! The double cheese burger was huge and the breakfast was spot on. The service was nice and welcoming. I could see the car park being an issue as it was nearly full when I arrived but can't do anything about that. I will definitely look into staying here again if I'm ever working out this way again.

Friendly warm place with some character. Have stayed a few times and always pleasant enough. Great showers, good bar food selection and good breakfast. Recommended.

This was our first time in Wales and it was a great experience. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere of the property was fabulous. Would love to come back, and we will definitely be staying here again.

Room fab , bath fab we felt little uncomfortable with the double standards with local yokels face mask issue as paying guest was mandatory but locals seemed exempt as we was made 2 feel really uncomfortable having a game of pool and cut our night short . Other than that enjoyed our stay . Staff need a bit of new training with there hospitality skills 2 wards visitors from out of town
