Lovely food in a glorious setting. However massively understaffed and the bar staff did not ask "who's next?". 1 person pushed ahead of me and I let it go as I thought she was just asking to be shown to a table she had booked for 11 people. The member of staff then took drinks orders for all 11 in the party before showing them to their table. Then another person got served ahead of me. The man, who looked like the manager, apologised for my wait and joked that my partner probably thought I'd gone home as I'd been standing at the bar for half an hour. He then had a conversation about clearing up vomit with another customer. Not pleasant to listen to when ordering food she actually rude to carry out a conversation when serving me.I really enjoyed my salad and thought it was a decent sized portion. My partner enjoyed his pie and thought the quality and quantity was great. Compliments to the chef. No compliments for the bar staff.

Cosy pub with flavoursome food and staff that are stupendous. The views from the pub are absolutely stunning. Eating at this pub is a relaxed and pleasing experience. I had the roasted red pepper, spinach and feta quiche it was full of feta and the cheese gave it a lovely salty flavour. It was served with a salad and new potatoes dressed in creme fraiche. It was yummy and I followed the main with sticky toffee pudding and ice cream, very satisfying. My lunch companion had smoked haddock and salmon fish cakes with tomatoe salad and new potatoes. The fish cakes were stacked with fish and the salad had a lovely mustard and honey dressing. She finished with the apple sponge and custard. She said it was sharp with cinnamon offset with sweet custard.Highly recommended.

A foodie pub. A step above normal pub fayre. Cooked with flair. Spacious and very clean. Beer was good too. Liked the one from Wild Horse 👍. Staff attentive and friendly. Understand allergies. Great now, but in summer, view from large roof terrace must be stunning.

The service from walking in the door to leaving was excellent. This was our first meal without the kids for 24yrs and the whole experience made it so special for our 16th Anniversary. The food was excellent. Many Thanks

Me, my partner and parents in law came to Caerwys for a short holiday away and searched for great local eateries in the local area and came across this pub “the Dinorben Arms”. We called in for food a couple of days ago and enjoyed it that much that we went again tonight for our last meal on our break away. It’s not the cheapest of eateries but definitely worth the money, I really don’t mind paying that little bit extra if the food is good. If we’re ever in the area we will definitely be calling again for food and a refreshing pint of their mango cider. Here’s some photos of the food from both visits, I haven’t included the full name of the dish so please look at the menu for full details.

This place has fond memories for me, as growing up in the area was a great place to socialize and eat. When I visited just recently with family and friends, it was a lovely surprise, as it has had a complete transformation.Lots of space, great decor, dog friendly.Choice the roast beef dinner which didn't disappoint.Additionally, had a great selection of homemade deserts, which were amazing.Furthermore, after our meal we made use of the lovely views from the rooftop seating, rather stunning.I would definitely recommend this place if your visiting the area, driving through, or if your local.

A Very welcoming and warm reception from the staff who all seem really happy and pleased to see you. The atmosphere is really nice and the views picturesque. The food is really nice and the portions just right. We managed to get a table outside as we had our dog with us and it was really busy which is always a good sign. This was recommended to us by a person staying next door where we have been stopping on holiday and like I am going to recommend to you, you will not be disappointed.
