The White Eagle in Isle of Anglesey

Great place for food or a drink.Lovely building and has been kept in a great condition.The food is really nice and at an acceptable price for the area.The outside decking area is very relaxing and lovely when the sun's out.Dog friendly and slightly tucked away, which adds to the charm.

What a amazing place for food, we just turned up without booking a table (It's was a Monday night) other nights might be different (down a narrow lane) but well worth it, very warm welcome and friendly. Food was amazing with a good choice of local products something for everyone 😋. View is fantastic from verandah. Fantastic beach close by.

We stayed in Anglesey for a week and this was hands down the best food! Beef burger was unreal, lamb exceptionally cooked, and plenty of veggie/vegan/gluten free options on the menu. Well worth the trip.Staff lovely and good owners as well.

Amazing place. The meal was really good. Good product either meat or fish. Good rations well balanced. 1 hour of driving totally worth it.

Excellent place for drinks and food. Loads of outside seating, VERY dog friendly inside as well. Staff were very helpful (Chesley esp.) and we were always served with a smile (visited 3 times in a week). Food was very good for a small pub chain, not Michelin star but excellent value for money.

we stopped here for Sunday lunch days after storm eunice. warm reception from staff. Good service. fabulous Sunday roast. lovely seafront views although we struggled to see it in view of weather as storm Franklin started to arrive. but food was so good we took our time and relaxed before heading home in it.

Having a few days in Anglesey, which we love, info in cottage recommend that the White Eagle was really good to dine. So I went in to see if it was dog friendly, which it was in the snug. Having looked at the menu chose our meals, which were absolutely lovely. No room left to try the desserts!! Thanks so much for the service and the doggy treats, we are back in October with the family, so hopefully we will come again. So everyone keep smiling and keep safe and thanks again.

Wow!! Definitely going here again, it's been on our list for a while and definitely didn't disappoint. My husband had the lamb and must say I did have a little food envy it was amazing!! (my hake was gorgeous too btw) the staff were lovely and basically we had a fabulous evening 😍

Lovely restaurant. Food was amazing, hake and halibut. Also the staff were really friendly. If around the area again, will come back!
