Tredici Italian Kitchen in Isle of Anglesey

It’s a shame to score so low… customer service non existent- we were treated so rudely and abruptly. The food was nice but I can’t rate it any higher.

Lovely asparagus and pea tagliettelli. Lovely staff.

I had Pepperoni pizza but was disappointed as it hardly had any pepperoni in it, was a very expensive cheese on toast! Hubby had Lasagne, hardly any meat or pasta, lots of sauce and cheese, very sloppy.

Pretty sure the man working behind the butchers counter said he was going to get a shotgun for my puppy that was crying outside. I asked him to repeat the comment about the shotgun and he replied he was talking about shooting a customer. Either way it was an awful comment to make. You should get some staff with better customer service skills.

This is the best deli/butchers in the uk. Absolutely amazing choices of deli items and the butcher section is five star. Sorry I didn't take pictures but visit mother Wales (anglesey) and make a B line for this place you wont be disappointed.

Price is as you expect for this area but the quality of the food bought from the deli was top notch. The lamb and leek pies are gorgeous with proper meat chunks rather than minced lamb as I was expecting.

Beautifully laid out shop with little interesting nooks and crannies, bursting with fresh and well prepared food. The stand out for me was the Lamb and Mint pie, probably the best pie I've ever eaten. And I ate all the pies. I am making this an absolute must not miss again if I am back in this part of North Wales.

Unfortunately we’re unable to comment on the food here, as the restaurant supervisor stated that he had no record of our booking - made on 28th August. Call confirmed on phone history.He blamed delicatessen staff for taking our booking and not recording it.He made no effort to accommodate us on the evening nor to offer an alternative date.His manner was unpleasant and defensive, intimating that the situation was our fault and not that of his establishment.Both my wife and I have run successfully public facing businesses and would not have survived if we had adopted this young man’s attitude.

The store Tredici Butchers and Deli has great products. The man who was selling was very nice to me, thank you sir for recommending and helping me with the eggs. The eggs there are huuuge and very tasty. I can say the same for onion, garlic..if you go there, buy their local products. You will love them.

I would say need to work on customer service. We were sat a the table then left for 20 min before drink order where taken. ( Fully appreciate places are busy but communication is key).Food was ok, lacked flovours, need to remember it basic Italian food and stick with it.
