Popped in for a coffee, food and a cake (all really good). Staff friendly, prices ok. Lovely atmosphere.

·

The meal was great and the staff were first class.

·

Stunning location, garden has a wonderful view of the Menai Straits and the gardener does a fantastic job ensuring tge flowers beds and grass areas look amazing. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The refurbishment is hopefully going to turn thi into a boutique hotel to complement tge location.

We only visited for a much needed a drink, and a toilet break. Staff were extremely nice.

·

Just popped in for a pint as it had reopened after being sold, found the place smelt a bit probably from being closed, probably be a long time before I visit again maybe after the refurb

We stayed for 3nights. Lovely staff especially the young ladies that waitress. Basically you get what you pay for. One of the beds was terrible for loud squeeking every time there was the slightest movement. It woke everyone up in the room each time which was infuriating. The pillows are a bit like lucky dip. Some are good but unlucky if you get one of the bad ones. The rooms were clean. Bathroom was clean and the water came out lovely and hot. There was no heating on in the room but it was very warm indeed. We slept with the small french doors open every night. Food at The Victoria isn't great. For me that included the full breakfast. It has everything you would expect from a full breakfast but the ingredients were cheap and nasty. I really didn't enjoy it at all. Saying this, I would definitely go back again. It's only a 3* after all so you can't go there expecting a 5* experience. It was well worth the money. Lovely garden out the back overlooking the Menai Strait.

Very nice staff, meals bit pricey for what you get, I had steak, frozen chips, who serves frozen chips, cheap cafes not restraunts

Food was great and so were the gardens overlooking the beautiful Menai Straits. Our room (32) was at the top of the stairs and for people with mobility issues and even aged people is a no no, we should have asked to be moved.Mind your head was all stated all over the place as you had to duck to get into the room. That is all except the bathroom door, and guess what I banged my head, again I should have complained. It is dangerous.I did tell reception when we left, but I doublt if anything will be done.If you stay, avoid room 32!

Staff here are amazing! Despite us arriving long after they closed for the night after a nightmare journey they made sure our room was accessible. Superb customer service. Lovely room with balcony overlooking the Menai Straits. Can't recommend this place enough.

Lovely hotel and coffee, glad breakfast included in room as not worth £8.50 (Welsh sausages) tasty just not much. Rooms lovely, we had a courtyard, lovely garden and views, staff very friendly and helpful x
