Arrived Sunday afternoon, and had not prebooked, but had been recommended.Luckily got last room.So glad we did .The room was exceptional, loved the decor, each room was a different colour scheme, ours was chocolate, how appropriate.Great nights sleep and breakfast was first class.Would highly recommend. The staff were so friendly and helpful, special mention to young breakfast staff, after working in the industry I was watching them and they didn't stop working and catered for our every need, even though my husband asked for full English, sorry should have been full Welsh. Thanks also for the chef behind the scenes for cooking a great meal which kept us going on journey home back through beautiful Snowdonia.

Stayed here after being let down by other accommodation. It worked out so much better staying here. Gold standard in everything, the rooms are well presented, the food was exceptional, and above all else the staff were fantastic and so helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel, or even just the restaurant if you are passing through.

We visited here for a Sunday Roast. The roast was amazing and the staff were very polite. I would definitely recommend. Plenty of meat and vegetables which some places these days cut down on. A dash more heavy wouldn't have gone a miss but it wasn't that much of an issue.

We ate at the Coach on 4 occasions ,once for lunch and 3 times for dinner. The staff are brilliant especially Molly and Bethan. Each meal was beautiful and the ambience so lovely. Would highly recommend it

On walking into the bar area it was probably 5 minutes before we managed to find a member of staff, we bought a couple of drinks and asked for menus, which again took some time to locate. After 15 minutes we left without ordering food as not one member of staff checked to see if we would like anything. After working in hospitality myself I know how important welcoming customers and engaging with them is.The bar area where we were sat only had one other couple, hardly busy.On leaving we received no thank you or "call again" gesture. We ended up buying a sandwich from the Deli opposite.Definitely a very poor experience.

I stayed in the townhouse for a night a couple of weeks ago and I had a really pleasant stay. The townhouse is modern and slightly quirky but still very cosy. The staff were very friendly and the town of Beaumaris itself is really quaint and cute.

We went for an evening meal on 14th March 2022 and wasn’t disappointed at all. The service was good, great atmosphere, lovely place and the food delicious. Would definitely recommend and would visit again..compliments to you all.

Took a chance in the passing, wow, the best steak I've had in a long long time. Whole dinner was amazing, will be back this week and can highly recommend.Beautiful.

Had a great meal here over Christmas. The food was excellent. My smoked salmon starter was delicious. I had turkey for my main having missed out on Christmas Day because of covid. The service was great. The wine excellent. Lovely space to eat in. Highly recommended.
