Late delivery and food was poor except for the chips will not use again

Ordered through an app, delivered within 90 minutes.Order was complete, no missing items.Overall, the food was warm and tasty, though the curries were a bit 'thin'.I've had better, but I've had a hell of a lot worse, too, I'd order again.

Two hours late phoned restaurant they kept saying it was on it's way. Half of our order was missing and what we did get was cold. So upset with the money wasted. Never again will I order from here. To give one star is too nice.

Picked the order up and the naan was missing. Our curries were loaded with onions to bulk it up and very greasy too. Not much flavour either. Wish we hadn’t bothered. Don’t waste your money here

Do not eat here. The takeaway was late, well late. When phoned I was told waiting for a driver. Was the food sitting there while waiting ? The food was very poor, tasteless naan, tasteless mint dip, tasteless food. Also the food was lukewarm when it did eventually arrive. Never again.

Placed an order at 8 pm, phoned at 10 pm to ask where my food was, spoke to a rude man who explained it was a very busy night and my food was still in the restaurant, if I wait five minutes it will be delivered? Waited until 1030, called again, spoke to an even ruder more dismissive man who explained the food had left 10 minutes ago, 30 minutes later the food arrived and it was a pizza and 2 x chips instead of a korma and a kebab? Phoned up to complain and explained that the food has been sent back because they sent pizza by mistake and insisted on a refund, The guy hung up, told me he couldn’t hear me and completed the order which meant I didn’t get a refund! I’ve since complained to Wrexham eat who have refunded me directly! stay away from this restaurant! 2.5 hours for the wrong food to turn up and then got spoken to like a pleb. DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM AROMA

We waited over an hour for our order that we placed at 12pm on a Tuesday said to come at 5.15 didn't come till 6.30 portion size was small( very small chicken) cold and very oily and the salad wow wouldn't give it to my rabbit!!. Aroma Indian said it was the drivers fault but it's not his fault! It's aroma Indian fault. Next time we will definitely go back to Taste of Indian!

Absolutely shocking. 1.5 hours for some clearly microwaved curry, slopped into tiny plastic tubs. Naan breads stone cold as they probably sat on the side "waiting for a delivery driver" to come. Butter chicken swimming in water, tasteless balti and a garlic naan which had precisely 0% garlic. Also think they may have mixed up the salt and the sugar.Called to complain - Man on the phone clearly well used to arguing with disgruntled customers, refused to listen to complaints, constantly interrupted and got irate when we refused to back down. Eventually had to hang up as he became aggressive.Had I known in advance that they were now run by the same people as Krazy Pizza, I would have run a mile, as I have experienced the same terrible quality, late food from them in the past. Don't waste your money, not even worth the price with 35% off.

First time i ordered food was an hour late, cold and half of the order was missing. Lady on the phone was horrifically rude, refused to remake and re-deliver the whole order and was not even up for sending the missing items 'we'll send next time".Second time by accident on an app before i realised it was the same place... Food an hour late, wife went to bed hungry because she was stick of waiting. Delivery man found this amusing! Both dishes tastes like spicy salt and went in the bin.Accidentally ordered again via a different app... food was 2hrs early! It got collected under the promise of fresh food coming out on time and the exact same food came back!! After sitting god knows where for 2hrs!!

Very confused about this place. Ordered last week and a starter was missing, the food delivered was great. Complained and sent 2 e mails with no reply. Ordered again this week end and made comments about a starter missing last week. Delivery guy turned up and said boss read your message and added a further starter that was missing last week end. Great, however they missed out the starter I ordered this week end!!! In one hand they give, them take away in the other!! Food still great but for goodness sake sort out who organises the food before dispatch and make sure it’s complete!!!
