Asda Superstore Cafe in Wrexham

Affected by the Pingdemic currently. Not many tills in operation whilst we were there. Managed to buy all we needed though.Lots of items under one roof. Large car park.

Excellent customer experience went in and had excellent customer service from WENDY at customer services nothing to much trouble well done and thank u a credit to Asda!👏👏

Has everything we wanted and more including a Cafe. Clean and helpful staff.

Wednesday 13th May 2020.I love shopping here. I did my usual shop on this day.COVID 19 alert over the loud speaker, please do not touch groceries that you do not wish to buy. I got to the till and there's someone packing your shopping at the end of the till!! Excuse me but, I've been very careful going around the shop, then someone else touches your groceries!! I did complain. What is the F point!! The lady on the till was quite rude and said "everyone has touched your food when putting it out on shelves".OMG!! PLEASE ASDA, LET US PACK OUR OWN GROCERIES AT THE END OF THE TILL!!!

Have just been to Asda Wrexham Superstore for a 'picture' cake. The staff were amazing. Nothing too much trouble. They are a credit to your company.

Great store but found it a little difficult to find what we were looking for

I have shopped here for years and always found it very good, food was good and not very expensive. However recently I have found the quality of food to be very poor, and also a lot of stuff has not been in available. We are that disappointed that we are looking at shopping elsewhere. With regards to the clothes section, I used to get all my clothes from here but they have now started to stock a different brand of clothes and they are much more expensive than previously and the quality isn't any different really. I am now having to look for other places to buy my clothes now as well. Very disappointing Asda!

Good news all coivd does not shop in Asda no shoppers wear masks. ( Well 80% of them)Never knew Asda was this safe will shop here more often

Enjoyed our shop until we got to the till. Went Saturday 24th July about 12.30pm. The customer in front was pushing a wheelchair and struggling to pack and push the wheelchair. The supervisor said to him, take your trolly back, he had left it by the till out the way. He said I'm struggling. The supervisor said "you pushed it round the store so push it back out". As a customer in the same situation it left a bad feeling all round.

Really disappointed with the customer service at Asda this evening. The lady supposedly assisting customers at the self service checkouts, which inevitably go wrong and you need assistance, clearly found customers a nuisance by the amount of rolling of her eyes and the shortness of her tone today. Clearly not in a good frame of mind for customer service - maybe the staff need to be in the back stocktaking or doing something not people orientated when they are feeling like this!?
