Central Kebab And Burger House in Wrexham

Must of changed owners the food has gone terrible used this place for over twenty years ,, never again ,, disgusting

Been ordering from this place since I was in high school about 15 years. Almost never had an issue with them. Kebabs are great, with decent amount of doner meat on them. Their chilli sauce is the best.This place is always my go to if I’m feeling hungry. Their pizzas are great too!

Food is acceptable in accordance to the pricing, staff are friendly and deliveries are quite fast.

Absolute shocking. Ordered last night (17/12/21), said food would be an hour, phoned after 2 hours "on the way", phoned an hour later "on the way". I can understand they where busy, esp the time of the year but to be fobbed off twice and my order still NEVER arrived in inexcusable. Will never order from there again.

Been using this company in Wrexham for a while now whenever I feel like a Pizza but never again after tonight. It arrived 25 minutes late (one hour 40 minute waiting time in total) and was cold, I don't pay for cold food and when I phoned up to complain I was given a mouthful of abuse. My advice is steer well clear as the food and customer service are appalling. It was a case of how dare I complain with a little threat aimed in my direction for good measure!!

Use to love this place but after the other day we spent 29 pound to get the garlic bread and bottle ov pop and they never sent it tryed phoning an they didnt answer the phone its happend loads of time with them forgetting stuff I was a good customer always ordered from here but never again

Food come after 2 hours Some one pick up phone after 8th times and it wasn’t very friendly I ask for my sauce and salad separately as we ordered with chili however sauce was on top of the kebab which ruined all meat cos there chili is extremely spicy couldn’t eat

Worst service ever, I placed my order and 55 minutes after the 55 minutes ETA my food arrived on the wrong side of warm and I didn't even get the pizza I'd ordered. I also spent 20 minutes with no success to have a single call I made answered. This the last and only time I use this establishment

I had a shish kebab combo chicken and lamb. I don't normally have my salad and sauce added to the meat, I prefer everything separate but they wouldn't let me have it as I wanted saying it will cost more money but not said how much. So I had to agree to have it with no sauce but was too dry by the time I got home thankfully i had bought some garlic mayo in poundland

Having not had a kebab in a long while, we were looking forward to a shish/doner combo.Will not be having another from Central kebab...ever!The shish was pure gristle and the doner was tasteless.Service was poor with no staff wearing face covering.
