Wonderful food. Absolutely delicious. Delivered by a pleasant driver, much faster than expected on a Saturday night. It's been a while since we ordered, but we will be back very soon. Thank You China Star 🙏

Well cooked quality food very good menu

Won ton awful filo pastry with nothing in it.Had a delivery everything was luke warm.First and last time

The food is nice and the toilets are ok, it’s a bit expensive tho.

Just tried this takeaway tonight for the first time as our local one was closed for the evening.We will now be a customer of China Star from now on.Excellent food quality, amazing portions and a polite service from start to finish with a friendly delivery driver.Well done !!

Awful food possibly the worst Chinese I have ever eaten and I’m honestly not a fussy eater. The ribs were fatty and Szechuan sauce was like gravy and the noodles soggy and over cooked. Cheap nasty meat. The whole meal pretty much went in the bin! Will not be offering again!

Had to give 1 star as there was no option of 0 stars.Rang 19:45 to place my order, was told 1 hour maybe 1 hour 10 mins delivery time. No problem.The time passed so I rang (21:12) to check on the order, was told mine was the next out and they were running behind but was assured food would soon be here. These things happen and it’s a Saturday night.Rang again 21:56 to cancel order after giving up on them, they stumbled on words making excuses and offered to do the food half price but I said to cancel anyway.The driver turned up 15minutes later (it is a 12 minute journey from the Chinese to my home in the car) so I sent it back after already cancelling. The delivery driver was lovely and understanding and she was the only person I can actually give credit to in this situation.Unfortunately cannot comment on how the food tastes as after waiting 2 and a half hours for a delivery we didn’t get to sample it but I have never ever had such a let down when ordering food. Was the first time ordering from here and had hoped it would be our new go to but now I will be strongly discouraging anybody to order from here.

Nice food but they are so unorganised, tell you uts ready in 30 mins, turn up your waiting round for another 30 mins with about 10 other people, then sometimes you get home & they have messed up your order as well.

Would order again. It’s great that they let you customize your order. This is half of the omelette and chips.

I ordered from there on Sunday for me and my boyfriend, the guy who we ordered from on the phone was extremely rude to my boyfriend when he went to pick up the food. I also got extremely bad food poisoning from there, such a shame as I loved it from here but will definitely not be ordering from here again. Would advise people to stay away, not the first time I’ve heard someone being ill from here either.
