Flame Restaurant & Takeaway in Wrexham

This place is absolutely disgusting!!! There seems to be prices for delivery and then prices for walk in’s especially if you are drunk! Went there last night got a 9’ garlic bread with cheese a small chips and a bottle of water…. £14!!!!!!!!! When I asked for the receipt they totally blanked me. They’re very rude and make up prices as they go along. Appalling service you should be ashamed of yourselves

Ordered food said it would be here in 20 mins and didn’t turn up absolute rubbish wouldn’t recommend it at all, suing them as I didn’t get my food and has really annoyed me, absolute joke. Food awful anyway

Im so disappointed in flame, the food came in a literal slop I wouldn’t even feed the food to my poor dog… genuinely disgusted and feel sick from the food. All in all goodnight try again next time

The worse food I've ever eat in my life . I really do need to send someone in there to check the place it's really really dirty and staff as well without gloves and they smoke as well and straight to prepare food after that without washing they're hands omgI won't recommend to nobody ... 😠😔😔

Worst takeaway in the area, food didn't turn up and staff didn't care, told me to speak to a manager tomorrow then hung up on me. Avoid.

Veggie burger seemed to be mostly potatoes and the scampi was soft.

I ordered from here as years ago the food was quite good. The chips were stale and genuinely not eatable. The burger was so soggy, lettuce was yellow, and the bun was burnt. I could taste beef on the chicken burger so not a pleasant experience at all. I would definitely not be ordering again!

Me and my partner ordered a couple of pizzas. One was 7'' and the other was 9''. One margarita with sweetcorn and the other was a Chicken Sweetcorn. Delivered in time , but the pizzas are under cooked and very soggy. Basically it has no crust as you expect on a pizza. Tried phone them and told them that the pizzas looked very under cooked. They said that it is not possible as the ovens they use are automatic and i was wrong. Then he said that he will not take the complaint i had and just hung up. Definitely taking peoples advice and will not eat the food here as me and my partner will not risk food poisoning from them.
