Frankie & Benny's in Wrexham

Not been to Frankie and Bennys since the Wrexham closure, popped to the Broughton branch on Sunday, and brought back lovely memories being with my kids growing up who used to love going there, Ruth was lovely nothing was too much when ordering, or during the meal, food was tasty, prices reasonable, very busy in there at the time so most probably advisable to book in advance, hopefully Wrexham branch will reopen soon.

Amazing! Brought my 2 year old and he loved it too. Great meals for adults & children. Prices/ deals are great, mocktails are gorgeous! And the desserts are yummy yummy. Server was lovely and patient, atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming

Just ordered via deliveroo for stacks hands down the worst food I have ever had delivered, was stone cold, weird sauce on burger which is not listed in the ingredients, literally got about 10 chips, onion rings were over cooked so were the burgers dry cold rank, most of it went in the bin for almost 30 quid what a joke

I visited here this afternoon with my daughter as a special treat, our waitress Ruth was amazing, so polite and friendly, will definitely be visiting again soon

We were there celebrating our sons 23rd birthday. Our table was booked for 5:30pm on 30th December 2021.We were greeted with a smile and taken straight to our table. A wonderful young gentleman called Joe served us. His manners were impeccable, his service was outstanding, he was clear in what he was saying & nothing was too much trouble. The drinks (milkshakes) were lovely, the meals were delicious, the desserts were yummy 😋 Thank you 👍

The staff are really friendly. The food arrived very promptly and was absolutely delicious.

A nice experience. The food was nice and while the lunch menu is somewhat limited the main menu is still available at the same time. The food didn't take too long to arrive and was good. The service was very friendly and helpful.

Went for breakfast this morning. Food was great as usual from Frankie & Benny's but what makes this review 5 stars is the 10 star service given by Joe. Very pleasant and a genuine nice person. Thanks again for the super service!

Very busy glad we booked. Excellent customer service served by a lovely lady. Lovely food gone up in price but I suppose like everything else. Recommended. Can book before hand.

I had a very nice experience here with my friend. The restaurant was kept clean and orderly, the food was very nice and the staff were perfect.We actually stayed a little bit past the closing time because we didn't know that it closed an hour earlier Monday-Thursday but our server was very polite about this and told us about what she was up to after her last day working there.All in all, a very nice experience.
