Golden City in Wrexham

This is my local Chinese take away...and I am very happy. Very good and fresh quality, plenty of it. I love the veggy rolls, the best actually I have had in Wrexham area. The lovely lady always has a smile and she already knows what I want.... vermicelli Singapore.😉. It is very popular in Gresford.

Good service, massive portions, only draw back is you have to pay by cash, not everyone has cash these days but apart from that I will be ready next time.

Just rang up to place an order and woman that answered told me hang on a minute then put the phone to one side then after a few minutes told me she was too busy to take my order and to ring back in 15 minutes. No love, I won't be ringing back ever again. That's a regular customer you have lost today.

Just had vegetarian chow main and I love it. Portion could be shared for two adults easily. Very friendly staff, amazing food. Highly recommended 👌 👍 ❤

Absolutley gob smacked at the portions of food, we have never seen so much food 😯 the portions are massive. We ordered for 4 and would easily feed 8. Quanity and quality 5⭐s all day long 😍

Best Chinese in Wrexham big portions one curry will serve 2 they still give 20% off to nhs staff which is very lovely of them. It is so tasty and a proper Chinese its just gorgeous 😍😋

When you walk in a very pleasing smile from the little princess greets you. A full range of good quality food is on the menu. Great prices great food what more do you want. Well done all at Golden City.

Long queues due to covid. Sometimes hard to get through on the phone. However, the portions are massive, food is always nice. Our regular for Chinese food.

Tried this Chinese takeaway again , after not going there for six months ( because the food , in my opinion , was of a very poor quality ). I wish I hadn't bothered , as the food is still very much under par.I had a noodle dish , and the noodles were still crunchy and uncooked. The mixed meats in the dish were in a very bland sauce. Very disappointed , and most of the meal ended up in the bin.Needless to say , I will not be trying it again.
