Food terrible chips like cardboard chicken vile sauce running tasteless slop never again very poor

Had 2 portions of chicken chilli tikka masala, absolutely amazing, the flavour was so beautiful and intense, fresh chillies and amazing spices, highly highly recommended, service and delivery perfect, I live in eagles meadow and he got to us no problem and food was piping hot and fresh. This is far the best Asian cuisine take away in Wrexham if I could give 10 stars I would, thank you hightown tandoori

Have ordered from them quite a few times, but today it was terrible.Food was bland. Naans were overcooked. Both mains were watery. Portion size was smaller than usual and there was no pancakes with the chicken chaat, when there usually is. Just terrible.

Fish was over cooked battered was dark brown instead of a golden colour... Fish was mushy inside... Curry sauce was like plain water with coriander flavour... chicken Korma was watery hardly any flavour.. I advise not to waste your money in here I wasted £19 on food we couldn't eat no refund and if I could I wouldn't give it one star

I ordered a set meal for 2 always been very nice but this time it said order did not go through so i tryed again said same thing but when i checked my bank the 2 transactions went out so i phoned but was told i had to wait and talk to the manager he sorted out my meal but i paid double for it after 80days still trying to sort out my money

Only just started eating my dinner and up to now I've found 2 hairs. We where regular customers but not now.UPDATE.I asked for a refund and all he offered was a free meal when I next order.........I won't ever reorder and still no refund.

Absolutely terrible service no idea where the phone operator got his intell from ...1...I placed my order on the phone.2..There was three people in the house two down one up .3..Phoned up to find out where my order was ..an hour after they said it would be delivered and then proceeded to say I was drunk....umm...NIL.point.

used to be nice but gone down hill big style. will not use again.... commenting on your reply..... it was a walk in. i arrived aprox 10.45pm. you refused to cook me a nnan bread as you said you were getting ready to close . and the chicken bhuna i got. was so oiley... about a cm of sauce at bottom of trayand avout 2cm of oil/fat above. terrible

WORST TIKKA MASALA EVER AND NON EXSISTENCE CUSTOMER SERVICE..since when does tikka masala have coconut in it!!! Extremeley rude and difficult staff both rude 15 year old girl taking phone calls and disgrace of a manager who was totally unreasonable and disinterested..never order from there again.
