Kaspas Desserts in Wrexham

Avoid at all costs, twice my family has attempted an order.Deliveroo:First time, completely the wrong order hours late and point blank kaspers refused to correct or refund.Second time, order placed last night at 20:40pm, status still showing being prepared.I was reluctant to try a second time but thought everyone deserves a second go. We will not be stung a third time.I did fill the contact form in and you ignored it.

Visited yesterday and even though quiet when we arrived our order took ages to come and when it did only 2 out of 3 served. Waited a few minutes and then pointed out I had also ordered a pancake was told was going to make next so hadn't even started it even though serving other tables who had arrived after us. Not great when trying to pacify a 6 year old who hadn't had their dessert

Very nice, not too much sweet, just perfect, in reasonable price, I can recommend.

I only give 5 stars because I couldn’t give 10!!!Lovely food, I had a waffle and a milkshake, was absolutely delicious! 👌🏼All the boys are very good looking, and the whole staff looks immaculate! The small lady does the best waffles, sorry guys 🤣I definitely will be back!

Really quick service, great place. I just need tonwork out how to get rid of the calories as quick as they came 🤣

Waffles are nice and made to order. Sundaes looked decent too. Milkshakes were 'meh'.Place was in a bit of a shape, big gangs of teenagers etc. Service wasnt the best, no table service. Worth a visit for a family treat I suppose.

Lovely staff, got us seated quickly and our waffles were immaculate!

The service is good, food is "yummy" and the VIP shakes are fantastic.Prices are acceptable and staff is OK.Overall, satisfactory 👍🏼

Great place if you love the desert but the quantity is more for one person. I wish they can keep half the desert for 1 person so that people can really enjoy more. Can keep as small, medium and large deserts. Loved the mango ice cream though.

Loved it here! Kids really enjoyed their Friday treat. Polite and helpful staff. Couldn't fault it. Would defiantly recommend.
