KFC in Wrexham

ordered from Wrexham this evening, the food was horrendous, dry and not up to KFC Quality.The portions of chips were meant to be for 4 people but there was only around 8-10 if that the banquet boxes are at a costing of £6.99 a absolutely disgraceful will be ringing the store

Served quite quickly and efficiently. But my gripe is with all these fast food outlets is not how quickly you get Served. But how quickly u can eat the less than adequate portion of food in respect for the money it costs

Ordered via uber eats. Spent £32 on a birthday meal. Ordered chips there were approx 8 chips in a bag and freezing cold. Ordered two tubs of gravy and they never arrived. Terrible service. Won't be ordering again.

Called in the wrexham store ,ordered food and the gravy was like water ,that is the second time that we've had gravy and was the same then the,won't have it again ,plus staff fooling round by putting the music on high so you can't here yourself think ,then dropping it down again ,it was up and down the whole time we were eating in shop ..

It would be great if they delivered. Their app sucks really badly and doesn’t work all the time. Saying that the food is great!!! ….. Assuming they get your order right….

In fairness the quality of food has improved considerably in the past 3 months keep up the good work

Went in yesterday for a 10 piece bucket of chicken with fries . I expect the usual mix of chicken legs thighs wings etc but when I opened it there were 6 wings 1 nice breast piece1 drumstick and 2 pieces that I couldn't even recognise as parts of a chicken also the chips were awful go back to the old fries

Food was good, but usual KFC experience which is chaotic. Quite a few drunks in, but then it was a Sat night. Staff friendly enough, but bad management means they're left to run around like headless chickens.

Very friendly and enthusiastic woman on the shop floor but it loses a star because the portion sizes were way too small compared to other KFC restaurants I've been to.

Came for the Zinger Double Down, was offered the 'box meal' or regular meal. Didn't know these options existed but nice to have a choice. For anyone interested the box meal has the Zinger Double Down, fries, a side (gravy, sweetcorn or beans), 2 Hot-Wings and a drink. The regular meal just has the Zinger DD, Fries and a drink. What a delightful meal the Zinger DD is compared to the normal DD. Would highly recommend! I'm probably biased as have always preferred the Zinger items but regardless, I found this to be the superior meal. The price is a little steep at £7.49 for the box meal in my opinion tho. This KFC has no drive-thru and parking can be a pain as often you have to resort to the pay and display car park which is a minimum £1. When you're in and out within 5mins (if taking away) it's an extra exorbitant cost.
